UPDATE 3/29/13:
When I had my car painted about 3 years ago, it was the first time my car had been repainted by anyone. You left a blob on the hood of my car, and everything else was acceptable. Fast forward to this year, I had to get my car repainted because somebody had left chemical spots on my car. I told Brian that I wanted the exact same thing done that was done previously, which also included sanding of the car, because he said if they didn't sand the car the chemical spots may show through the paint. I also told them that since they had put the blob on there previously, if they could please sand that out. I was told no problem. At the same time, I asked him if a couple of dings could be repaired. He said yes, for $50.00. I guess they had time to fix the dings because they were being paid an extra $50.00, but they didn't have time to fix the blob on the hood which they had done 3 years ago. I have already paid for a paint job, why should I pay for another paint job because the one I paid for previously wasn't what I paid for.
