Mr. Brian Printy was refreshingly professional and represented MAACO above and beyond expectations.
He should be commended for his attitude and demeanor.

My son had a 1999 Toyota with damaged lights that needed to repaired quickly. Everyone else we talked to needed to order parts that would take several days. Brian the office estimator at Maaco reviewed the damage, made the extra effort to track down parts in the Norfolk area on the same day, and he got the parts in and installed the same afternoon. Just as he promised. We were in a time bind and he and the Maaco shop came through. Parts were installed correctly. I thought the price was fair. I would recommend them again. I can't say this about many auto repair shops.

I had my car repainted three years prior to this. I was pleased with that job for the price except they left a small blob of paint on the hood of my car, which may not be as noticeable, but is noticeable to me and others. So when I brought my car in to be repainted, since it had to be sanded down I asked them to sand that spot. Also I paid them an extra $50 for minor body work. When I picked up my car , they did a great job on the body work, but we also noticed there was debris in the paint in some areas of the car,the spot on the hood was still there and a few spots of busted paint bubbles. I expected the same work and expressed my disappointment when I didn't receive that.I was upset they didn't sand down the spot. SInce we weren't happy with the paint the job, we weren't able to have our car until it was resolved. The company stated it was acceptable to have a certain amount of debris in the paint. A month later I noticed there was some damage near the window in the interior and on my driver's side the inside panel is loose. I was very happy with Brian, he was as helpful as he could be

UPDATE 3/29/13:

When I had my car painted about 3 years ago, it was the first time my car had been repainted by anyone. You left a blob on the hood of my car, and everything else was acceptable. Fast forward to this year, I had to get my car repainted because somebody had left chemical spots on my car. I told Brian that I wanted the exact same thing done that was done previously, which also included sanding of the car, because he said if they didn't sand the car the chemical spots may show through the paint. I also told them that since they had put the blob on there previously, if they could please sand that out. I was told no problem. At the same time, I asked him if a couple of dings could be repaired. He said yes, for $50.00. I guess they had time to fix the dings because they were being paid an extra $50.00, but they didn't have time to fix the blob on the hood which they had done 3 years ago. I have already paid for a paint job, why should I pay for another paint job because the one I paid for previously wasn't what I paid for.
