The person at Lowe's was great but the contracting company they sent out was horrendous. They did not have enough parts and installed the wrong sized gate. They were completely unprofessional and it was just an awful experience. They never communicated with me and just disappeared when they were done. Loews never gave me the name of the company and I regret going through them. It took 2 months to get the gate changed to the right size. I will not go through them again for projects like this.

I thought it was a little pricey but my husband said it wasn't.  They're great, they're good on working with you but they're always busy.  Sometimes you have to wait a while.  They're usually pretty good at contacting you back when you have questions.

Was extremely professional and unbelievably quick.  Extremely clean and quiet.  They were in and out with no issues whatsoever.  I have used them several times before and I will again in the future.  Excellent price for what you get. No one can beat it.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased for a gift card. It was flawless. It was great. It is my favorite Lowe's. It is convenient and they pretty much have everything that I want. I use them over another big box store because they give me my military discount because I am a disabled military veteran. The other big box store won't give me the discount because I am not active military. I've been using them for 5 years.

I was reasonable pleased. There was one minor hiccup. I wanted casement windows and some of our windows were double. I wanted them to swing out anti-symmetrical way; the left one opening counter-clockwise and the right one opening clockwise. In their original order they had a few mixed up. They readily accepted that it was their mistake. There was no argument about it. It just took a while to have those last 2 or 3 windows replaced. It was a small job and that wasn't very high on priority list. The price was very good. To use them again in the future I would consider them seriously.

The job was done quickly and professionally but we did run into a problem. The paneling that was replaced buckled and we had to call the company again. They came the next day and replaced the paneling and used several different solutions to prevent the problem from occurring. It has been fine since tthe fix. They cleaned up after the job and I was very pleased with the results.

The instillation went very well! the lowes installer was on time and very profesional. The pervious door had water damage that hd spread to the frame and the installer went above and beyond to make sure that the damage was contained, fixed, and any futher damage would be prevented. The active door that was recieved from Pella had a manufacturer fault and the door was bowed. Although the door operates properly the Lowes installer made sure that Pella was contacted and set up the appointment to have Pella come out and see the damage and order a replacement. So far the overall experience has been great.

I like about Lowes that they have good customer service. They will take you where you need to go instead of just pointing you in the right direction. Sometimes, as a woman, I don't always know what I need, and I like someone there to help me and tell me if there is something better to use.

The installation was done promptly once the windows arrived. The job took 1 1/2 days to complete. The windows looked lovely and were well-caulked. The door installation was excellent. I have already seen the differebce in my heating bill. The trim looks great and I'm looking forward to not painting window trim this year.

Very poorly, I do not like dealing with employees who do not take pride in their work or the place they work for. It shouldn't be all about the paycheck.

If you are looking for a chain store experience, they are pretty good. I'd recommend them.

They've just always done a good job. They have lived up to the promises of what they were going to do. I think their price was pretty competitive.

I was very impressed with the amount of communication given throughout the entire process.

The installers did a very good job. They did not return any of my calls after setting the installation date, even though I left them several messages concerning materials. The work took about three hours total for three door installations. Once the handle issue was solved, the doors closed perfectly. I also had to provide a superior grade of caulk for the project. The wait from the time I had the subcontractors perform a site review until the time of the installation took about six weeks.

Very well. I live in Northern Virginia, but I have a rental property in Chesapeake, VA. I was able to purchase a dishwasher and extended warranty on line, and they were able to take care of everything else from there. I have on occasion encountered problems with other business when I try to purchase something for my rental property if I am not physically present.

We looked at a few different places for a certain style of door. The guy at Lowe's showed us a very similar style for a lot less price. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

We went down there and ordered the windows and spoke with the man at Lowe's. It took a long time for them to get here, about two months. When they got here they immediately tore out all of the windows before they put any in. When they started putting the windows in we found out they were the wrong color. They didn't seem to know what to do. They told me that I could paint them; I informed them that I purchased vinyl windows so I didn't have to paint them. Finally after three days they wrapped the windows in aluminum so that it would change the color. After they were done, I told them to immediately leave.
