When he had the windows at two months, he realized that he ordered wrong size windows so he couldn't start then.  Then his one worker who deals with lead paint was not available so he couldn't install them.  So going back and forth with scheduling was a nightmare.  I had to keep calling him to see when he was coming and what was being done when.  Even when he told me things were being done at a certain time, they weren't and I had to keep checking in with him.  In the end, everything was done at a great price.  However, the whole experience was a frustrating one at best due to his lack of communication.  I may use him again solely for his low price.

Len was excellent.  He was always on time and extremely courteous.  He was also very flexible about working with our schedules.  The quality of work is excellent.  We would recommend him without reservations!

Clean-up after the job was outstanding, he also left me some extra caulking and color-matched nails for hanging Christmas lights. I will definitely contact Mr. Byrum when I'm ready to replace my windows. His work is superb.
