Great. They punctually perform the service scheduled. My lawn gets compliments from all the neighbors and from a few strangers who drive by. I've used them for over 20 years. (I choose to pay by the year - not by the service.)

It was fine. They come when we're not home, so our grasses are green and the weeds are not there so it's good. Whenever they've come they have been friendly. We are pleased with their services and the lawn has been better because of them. The price is pretty competitive with the rest of the lawn companies.

They are very friendly and listen to my complaints. The results are very good. I haven't had much experience with them since they just started.

When I call they treat me like family. They knock on the door whenever they come out. If ever I got a problem I would just give them a call and they would come out. My grass looks so beautiful and I love it. I would use them again in the future if needed.

I was first impressed with the promptness of the company and the gentleman who came out to give us the quote. We had received a coupon in the mail for a free treatment and we were told that we had to have 3 treatments done before we could use the coupon. On scheduling the 4th treatment, we were told the coupon was expired now and could not use it. We were unhappy with that and after much aggravation and argument, they finally honored it. They killed more grass than they did weeds and after multiple attempts, despite their guarantee, they were unable to control it and all of our grass browned out for the entire summer. I will not recommend them to anyone.

When I first came here my lawn was just awful. Now, it looks like gulf green. It is beautiful. I am not sure of the figures they charge me right at this time. I never felt that it was not reasonable though. They are very professional and I have not had any problems with them. They did a fine job the last time they came out. I would recommend them.

They do all the seeding and fertilization of my lawn. They also treat for weed, insect and disease control. I am happy with the job they do. They are very professional and I don t have to worry about any of it. I have a service contract for $350/year.

We just recently switched to them. We have seen good results with them. They responded with action instead of sales talk. The grass is greener and the weeds were gone. If we noticed a bad spot, rather than give us a run around, they came and re-sprayed that area. They would do this at no extra charge.

They did good work and they guaranteed that if the lawn didn t look full; they would come out and re-seed those spots. I have recommended them to other family members and they were happy as well. The service was perfect and I'll use them forever. The seeding was an extra $45-$50 a year.

I would say the results have shown to be well worth the expense. I am very happy overall with my experience with them up to this point. If I call and say I need them out in the next couple of days they will be here. I have never had a hassle what so ever and I really feel that my lawn has improved due to their expertise.

They have always done a great job keeping our lawns green and free of weeds. They did the front and back lawn. I couldn't say how many square feet that is, but I can say it is a fairly large area. Their prices have been very good for the size of area they care for. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was $490.00 for them to come out initially. They killed all the weeds in the front and back. They used this power seeding to fertilize the lawn and it really did the trick. Our grass is greener now and free of weeds. Each subsequent visit was only $51.00 and that s only four times a year.

You could see the fertilizer; it was obvious they did their job. They didn t bother me and they showed up when they said they would.

This was a great place to do business with. I had them come out twice a year; however I could have them out more than that, if I needed them. My lawn looked great and we have really liked the way that they have made our lawn look.

I was not happy with them at all and for starters, they were not successful at improving the lawn, or getting rid of the weeds. More weeds started coming once we started using them and they would just do a rush through job. They never even let us know they were there and would just leave us a bill.

Lawn Doctor of Portsmouth doesn't do mowing on landscaping, but they did a great job maintaining our yard. The men were always very courteous whenever we spoke. They didn't need instructions and always seemed to know what they were doing. All of the neighbors commented on how good of a job they did on our lawn and wanted them to do their lawns.

There has been a noticeable difference since they sprayed and it was always nice to know what you're paying for was working. It was easy and convenient to schedule a visit and they were efficient when they did make it out.
