The first bouquet was slightly brown at time of delivery. Within 4 days, it was a complete mess. Very disappointed. I wrote an email to Lasting Impressions about this. To their credit, they delivered a new bouquet a few days later. Unfortunately the same thing happened. I think part of the problem is that there might have been too many flowers placed in a small mouthed vase. The smaller rose buds never opened and were drooping within two days.
I can't say how old the flowers were when they were placed in the bouquet or where they bought them from, but I believe that one (or both) of these is/are the other part(s) of the equation.
I didn't go back to them to discuss. We don't want any more flowers now. I don't want a refund.
I give them an "A" for effort, but a "D" for final product.
Follow-up on 29 Jan 2015: I've contacted Lasting Impressions at least three times to have my name taken off their mailing list and I continue to receive their mailings. I sent an email to the address listed in their website and was responded to by a person who was asking how I received her address. I responded and never heard from her again. The link on the mailing to unsubscribe doesn't work from my PC so I've asked for intervention. No joy. Beware of dealing with these folks from the web. You may find yourselves in an unfortunate spam situation.
