+ -1 moreShortly after they started installing our pressure treated lumber deck, we found out that no permit had been purchased. We called the building department, and they made the contractor get one. They failed the first two inspections and finally passed the third; it passed but the quality was nothing impressive.
Description of Work: They installed a new 900 square foot wooden deck.
