I found out that not just anybody can fix a La-Z-Boy chair because not everybody can get the parts. I had to prove that I was the original owner of the chair before they would order the parts. Their technician came to the house and was here 5 minutes to fix the chair. He did not waste time and knew what he was doing. He was very personable, polite and knew how to talk to people. He was punctual and I will use them again in the future.
