Keith promptly evaluated the issue and recommended the repairs.  He took the time to explain options and suggested the best course of action to ensure I would not have further issues.  I have been using Keith's Professional Services for a few years now and I have found them to be extremely dependable and honest.  I am always satisfied with the price and value that I receive. 

Keith always stand behind his work so I will happily continue to do business with this company.

He did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I did not need. His price was half of what the others were. They were here two days and they were on time. When it came to lunch break, they would leave one guy here working. It is working just fine.

1. Keith's crew was on time and courteous. I chose Keith over 5 or 6 estimates from various contractors. What sold me was he provides two years parts and labor warranty including two cleanings. No other contractors will do this for you. Also, you deal directly with the owner not a sales representative from a large company. His crew does an excellent job and he will back it up. This is important because installation is critical with heat pump systems. The installation although reasonable was not the lowest bid but, you get what you pay for. I going to stay with Keith for as long as I own this house.

I first called him on Tues,when my AC quit. He was in the middle of a job. The next morning they contacted me and came right over. They got me up and running and ordered the part. Today Keith came and replaced the part. It is such a relief to have Keith as my AC man. I know he will come right away, do the best job, and charge a fair price.

Keith arrived same day to fix my AC, which is not new for Keith. He has always come on the same day and ensures my AC is working prior to departing. I feel fortunate to have had him recommended when my AC initially went out.

He is reasonably priced and he recommends replacing the system only after working with us and replacing elements. On one of our rental property, we had several people look into the heating system and all of them asked to replace it along with the duct work. Keith's Professional HTG and AC looked at it and tried to do their best and saved us a lot of money. If he has to order something he will order in right away and saves time. He is a friend of mine; he doesn't behave like one when he is doing some work. He gets up, checks the problem, gives options and rectifies things. I will use him again in the future.

I found an add for Keith's Professional Services in the Shopper. I liked the credentials presented which included Angie's List, BBB, and an endorsement by News Channel Team 3 Professionals. The reference to a Christian based business caught my attention, but I was wary that this could be a ploy. Ultimately I called for the system checkup and Keith came out. He was courteous and professional and worked quickly demonstrating great confidence. I appreciated the fact that he explained the technical aspects of what he was doing although admitedly some of it was over my head. The bottom line was that I was impressed that he really knew what he was doing. Keith left after diagnosing the issue and called me back with an estimate based on using an alternate replacement compressor instead of an OEM replacement. This approach would add hundreds of dollars to the repair cost, but was presented due to the lack of availability of the OEM replacement part. I was looking at a $2000.00 plus repair bill. I could not move forward with this estimate, but Ketih did not try to persuade me to do the work. The next day Keith called me back with good news that he was able to find an OEM replacement, but I had already taken a leap of faith and purchased a compressor off of eBay. I was thrilled that he was willing to install my part since he had already diagnosed my system and this would save me from having to find someone else to do the work. We came to a reasonable agreement on the price to do the work and Keith installed the compressor and recharged my system and adjusted everything. I feel that Keith's Professional Services saved me a lot of aggravation and money. They did the work efficiently and effectively. It is obvious that Keith has a high standard for professionalism. He also showed a lot of flexibility in working with me to keep my costs down. Many companies will not do this. I will definitely use Keith's Professional Services again.

I contaced Keith's Professional Service on the recommendation of a friend. I called the answering service and Keith personally responded within 10 minutes. We scheduled a service call for the next day. Keith provided a time frame and requested that I contact him the following morning for an updated time, based on the status of earlier scheduled jobs. He arrived sooner than expected and immediately went to work to assess the problem. He explained that the replacement parts had to be original manufacturer parts and gave an estimate prior to continuing with the job. He took the old fan/blower motor with him in order to match up the correct replacement. He called prior to purchasing the replacement to advise me that the capacitor was not included and gave an updated estimate including labor, to get authorization to proceed with the job. His assistant arrived promptly within the return time frame that Keith had advised earlier. He replaced the unit and had my home heating within 30 minutes. He also made sure the compressor was running properly before departing.

My AC was not performing well last year. Keith cleaned the coils, but suggested the AC condenser would need replacement soon. This year, before heating season, I asked Keith to give me an estimate to replace. He gave me the estimate, but recommended I consider replacing the whole heating/AC unit. More expensive, but the whole unit would have the 10-year guarantee. After getting estimates from some companies that advertise nationally, Keith was almost half the price. Keith and his team installed the system in 2 days, and it works great. Very careful with the house and plants. And Keith stands behind his work.
