Took laptop in suspecting a virus, unfortunately, the hard drive was bad after only 13 months. Darryl went the extra steps and called Toshiba to see if they would cover the drive - nope. I'm sure many others wouldn't even think of trying to save their customer some money, these folks actually have some ethics.
Cost included repeat customer discount, new hard drive and data recovery.
Great small business, they called and kept me informed of the process and estimated time of repair. Unfortunately for me, they
has several computers ahead of mine, so I did have a wait. I would recommend to anyone!
