Excellent service! Very grateful Joseph was able to fix our refrigerator the same day. He was able to quickly figure out what was wrong, explained everything in detail as he went, and cleaned up after the job was complete.

Joseph was punctual, respectful, clean and thorough. He showed me the problem and reviewed the options with me in detail, including that parts and labor to replace this old machine's motor would not be economical.

Went very well. Mr Joseph was prompt, professional, and very informative about the troubleshooting & repair.

I have used Joe several times for various home appliances. He has repaired a clothes dryer, a dishwasher and now my oven/range. Joe is very experienced and knowledgable. He can fix a problem 95% of the time , or he will give you a straightforward reason why a fix is not worthwhile. He is the most honest repairman I have ever dealt with. His pricing is fair and he stands behind his work. I have no hesitation in reccommending Joe to friends and family and will continue to call on him for my future needs.

He really didn't know what he was doing and was just trying stuff. As a Navy Veteran and a service technician in the cell phone industry, if I show up to fix a phone or ipad and I can't do it, even if I try and it doesn't work, I don't charge the customer. I would give him an F, but he was polite and professional, so I gave him a D instead.

Joseph came immediately after finishing the job he was on. Not only did he thoroughly clean the lint traps (which I do after every load) he also removed the front panel AND the drum and removed another wastebasket full of accumulated lint! Joseph showed me how to remove both panel & drum should I want to do "full" cleanings.  
If I could, I would give 5-Stars for Excellent service!

We had previously called another repair person from Craig's List. Let's just say It did not go well. In desperation (laundry was piling up) --we joined Angie's List and called Mr. Joseph Godbolt. From the very initial phone conversation he was professional and demonstrated integrity. Mr. Joseph Godbolt came to our home and fixed the other repair person's mess and then diagnosed and fixed what was REALLy wrong with our washer machine. Mr. Joseph was professional, efficient, on time, reasonably priced, competent, and trustworthy. I recommend Joseph Appliance Repair to you without ANY reservations. --We will definitely use his services in the future.

Joseph was very helpful in helping us decide to invest in repair versus replacing a dryer which stopped heating. He did not provide us with false hope that the investment would be 'guaranteed' or even prudent. He gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision. We opted to risk the $125 to keep the dryer for a time period that would be worth the investment. Joseph arrived on time. He visibly showed us where the problem occurred. He needed to order and pick up the part and was back in a day with the new part. He also showed us the new part so we could see the difference between the bad and the new. We would recommend Joseph to any friend or family member. We trusted the and quot;Aand quot; score on Angie's list and preferred to work with a local tradesman versus a large company. We are glad we did.

Great service, very thorough and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and was not going to give up until he found the problem.

Installed a part and then found their was a more serious problem that would cost more than the unit was worth. He then uninstalled the part and only charged me a small service call charge.

He had to come back. His cleanup and service was good.

Excellent service. Responded right away and professionalism was top notch. Had to wait two days for the parts but he came out on a Saturday to finish the repair. It had been two weeks and no issues to date. Would definitely recommend.
