Was required to use their services, no options. Service was fine, cost was fine. Was required to pay them an inspection fee on top of the work they were providing. Never received a second inspection, paperwork should have been part of the cost of the service. This was clearly a fee to pad their margins.

"All that was part of your purchase agreement that you signed. We did everything according the contract and guidelines of the inspection report guidelines of the mortgage company. I guess you should go back read what you signed and talk to your realtor as we had nothing to do with what you are incorrectly stating. I took videos during my inspection and provided all the documentation of my process. I have emails, videos and texts of all my interactions with my company's process of the tranaction -John Edwards"

They are really good and they are reliable. And they do repair work too. I have been working with them for years. He's very very thorough. He takes pictures and sends them to you about how the house looks underneath. He points out what needs to be done and gives you diagrams. He tells you what kind of chemicals he will have to use to get rid of certain kinds of insects and stuff. He doesn't take advantage of people.

I have used them for several years now and I like that I do not have to have a contract with them as if I don t need them to come, I just have to call. It is a just a little family owned company but they are very dependable. It is usually one of their three different servicemen that come out. I even allow them to come into my home if I'm not home as I trust them that much.

John Edwards is very good at what they do. They spray for the fleas and lay bait for the roaches. I have been using them for two years and have never seen a bug since the first occasion. They do a very good job keeping these pests away. I am very comfortable with their services and plan to keep them for a while.
