Although there were delays due to changes we made, the job was completed, and turned out great. Joe, and his fellow workers were punctual, helpful, and did a very good job. There were a few other issues, but Joe handled them without complaint, and in a timely manner. We are considering a remodel of our other bathroom, and intend to have Joe do it if he is available.

The kitchen and bathroom renovations came out great. Neither was a complete gut, so in both cases he had to demo and build new cabinets, flooring, etc. while preserving the features that were going to remain. He succeeded in both cases. For the emergency (water) repairs/re-builds Joe and his crew responded quickly and got the job done. He is always one of the first calls we make when we have a problem to be fixed.

Super Job! Joe met with us to go over our plan. He gave us a detailed estimate and time line that worked for us. He and his team got the demolition done in one day then got to work on preparing for shower, tile and vanity installation. The work involved complete demolition of the master bath including removing a jacuzzi. We ended up with a beautiful walk in shower, new tiled floor, new vanity, sinks and poured marble counter top (bought from Kitchen and Bath Ideas - also great).  All his own work and his subs were efficient, clean and professional. Joe was careful to do all the work to local codes. His execution of our design was spot on. We could not have had a better experience. Joe also did some minor extra work in three other rooms at a very fair price and with the same level of expertise. Top notch!

Joe and his workers performed excellent work.  Extremely detailed and always had our best interests in the restoration of our home.  He was patient with our decisions and always explained details on the restoration processes of our home.  We are extremely happy about the outcome and the work that was put into our home.  Highly recommend JGM enterprise for any and all your home work needs.

The work went very well.  The sink had to be custom ordered and it took longer than the promised time of delivery, but everything else went smoothly despite inclimate weather.  Mr. Maynard answers phone calls immediately and we found him to be very accommodating.  His subcontractors were very polite and respected our private property.

Joe was the most reasonable of 3 contractors I got quotes from. I told him my budget and my vision. He then took time to offer several blue print options, to make sure what I wanted and what he could do were the same. Then we confirmed ability to meet the budget. Other contractors demanded a high industry rate (double my budget), without willingness to find creative ways to meet my budget and still offer a quality product.
Before Joe started, he was clear on schedule; that the first half of the job would go quickly and he would be present daily. After that, given needs for plumbing, drywall, and tile, he would be present shorter days and a little less frequently. This enabled him to work on other projects while continuing mine, further helping him meet my budget needs, with the compromise that the project would take a few extra days...a worthy compromise that I was comfortable with.
Joe was clear before starting, that he would respect the home, and ensure cleanliness daily. He worked in my garage and in my yard prepping and cutting materials, and traveled to the 2nd floor for the project, which included much dusty work. I never came home to anything but a clean home/yard/garage, and a tidy project space, regardless of whether I came home before or after he was done working for the day.
The completed project was far more functional than I had hoped, due to Joe making sure the space was used most effectively. Further, the quality of craftmanship was excellent, from shimming studs to match multiple generations of drywall width, to floor and shower tile work.
Joe is a true professional, from planning to execution. Further, he's a gentleman who appreciates your business, your home, and your family...including the dog.

We couldn't be more pleased with the work. JGM got the job done quickly and it looks great. We got over 7 estimates and JGM's price was very competitive with the others. We are so pleased with the work and the cost.

The owner even came by a few weeks after the job was done to make sure everything was okay and we were still happy.

He performed demolition & removal of old jacuzzi, removed old vanity & toilet, removed old flooring.  Plumbing & electrical revised.  He installed a new tiled shower with amenities & bench and tiled the floor with ceramic tile.  He installed a new vanity with mirror, installed new light fixtures, new exhaust & HVAC vent, new plumbing fixtures & new toilet.  Walls & ceiling redone & painted, new trim boards stained & installed.  Everything was color-matched and compatible and made handicap-friendly.  Looks great !  Very functional bathroom now.  Work was done in a timely manner and I was continually updated on the progress.  All workers very professional.  Reasonable price with no hidden or extra costs added, final price same as the estimate.  If I have another project I would use Joe in a heartbeat.

Joe got me a good price for the items on the list and got them completed on the schedule we had discussed. He did a great job of dealing with the curve ball thrown at us when the pipes froze in the middle of the ceiling replacement project. I would definitely use him in the future.

Joe came out and discussed our wants.  He came back with an estimate, we agreed and the work began right on time.  All the crew were prefessional and courteous.  The finished product is exceptional.  BZs to joe for doing such  a fine job and for having such a great team.  This is a group that clearly has pride in their work.  I'd recommend JGM to my best friends.

Our town home was broken into and the burglars smashed the sliding glass door to get in. So, we needed a new one and quickly. Thankfully we found Joe, if it wasn't for him this bad situation would have been much worse. When we explained the situation he came out right away and  installed a new door the next morning. He genuinely seemed to want to help us. He also did an excellent job on the installation, was very thorough and professional.  We'll definitely call Joe again for future home projects.

Joe and his team are absolutely fantastic. He completely demolished and re-built our upstairs bathroom within a week. The upstairs shower drain had leaked through the ceiling into the downstairs dining area. He tore out everything, put new plumbing, electrical, drywall, floors, an attic door, redid the dining room ceiling, put in a new toilet, shower, and vanity.We own an older house (circa 1950) and have had to deal with at least a dozen contractors throughout the time we've owned the house. Joe is handsdown the best contractor I've delt with accross all fronts. He has been the best on price, personality, customer service, and most importantly, quality of work. We were going to sell our house because I didn't want to deal with the repairs and constant search for a quality contractor, but now that I've found Joe, we're reconsidering!
