John is courteous, professional and more than fair in his pricing. He provides quality workmanship at affordable prices. He currently is charging $25/hr but if you have a project that needs to be done, you better book him soon. With the quality of the work he does, I wouldn't be surprised to see his pricing increase. :-). I have some other items on my list I will be asking him to do myself while he is so affordable. PS I had gotten other estimates for the work John performed, and John's pricing was much better.
