International Tile has a great selection of various types of tiles on display in their showroom and even more samples. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about stone types and their various best uses in the home, and of their inventory, so I was able to describe what I would like and have many choices presented, including some that they brought out from the back room. They allowed me to take several samples home, which was extremely helpful. I only graded the pricing a little lower because I know I can get lower pricing online if I order 100 square feet or more (which I did not need), but to be fair, that would be a volume discount, plus I don't know what quality the tiles from other places would be. All of the 18x18x1/2 inch tiles I ordered were in good, usable condition, so there were no and quot;bad piecesand quot; that you are usually told to expect when ordering tile, or read about in customer reviews of some big box stores. Better to pay a little more, but have all good, usable pieces. The gentleman who loaded my car was very careful with each piece so that they would not brake or scratch. There was a little confusion on shipping costs, but they adjusted their shipping price to what I had understood, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I was very happy with their selection, service and professionalism.

Met and picked the tile. Wrong tile came in. Not very receptive to owning up to mistakes.

It was a great experience and not only did she help with deciding about the tile, she gave me names of 3 different contractors to call for estimates on installation. Just remember you might want to set up an appointment to go there but it is well worth it.

The finished product was beautiful. I was very satisfied with the way everything looked and functioned. We did have some problems with their scheduling and the installation didn t go as well as we wished. They made sure in the end that everything was right.

I really liked the guy from International Tile. He was descent enough to only charge me for the labor even though I had bought my own tile from some where else. He did a remarkable job at laying the tile too. I felt he left everything looking beautiful and superbly clean. If you want perfect service with extremely kind people, you will not think twice about calling them. I am actually having them come back here soon to lay me a new bathroom floor.
