Aaron Knight from Integrity building came to my home on Nov 25th, to inspect and provide an estimate for aluminum siding repairs. He was professional, friendly, organized, and clearly walked through the process of the work that would be required. I signed the contract, which required a 50% down payment which came to about $2200. Mr. Knight was not able to provide a start date at that time but stated he would call me and let me know. Mr. Knight believed the water damage was due to plumbing, so my husband had a plumber come out that evening. Ultimately, it was determined the water damage was not due to plumbing, instead, it was due to a leak we had in the roof. The water damage was extensive way beyond the 10x 10 area Mr. Knight proposed to fix for $4000+. Therefore we decided it was more economical to replace the entire side with vinyl siding. I canceled Integrity services within 24hours, stating the above. Mr. Knight indicated that I could cancel but there would be a 25% cancellation fee which came out to $550. Integrity kept the money for themselves after performing ZERO work on my house. As I stated, I canceled within 24 hours of paying my deposit; also integrity had not provided a start date. Mr. Knight indicated the 25% cancellation fee is in the very small fine print. Even if it is, there is zero **Integrity** or business ethics in taking such a payment, without performing any work. I can understand if you had the supplies, and men ready to start the work, and there was a cancellation, but, this was not the case...

"Mrs. Lundquist, I am very sorry about your experience. Customer satisfaction is always our number one priority. This was an unfortunate circumstance. Integrity Building was charged fees such as processing fees and restocking fees after the contract was signed on November 25, 2020. The credit card processing company charged us a fee to process the transaction and the company we ordered the special order aluminum siding from charged us a restocking fee. Not to mention the administration time to call coordinate and cancel these items after the contract was agreed upon and signed. Please know we made zero dollars on the transaction, we only charged what we were charged. If we could have charged less we certainly would have.
