We contracted HR Data to come out to move our phone system as well as install a new security and camera system into our new office. Our current IT provider was going to manage the move of our server, Internet, and computers.  Our IT provider was unable to complete the setup and install of our existing computer system after working on it over the course of a day and a half.
I contacted Evelyn at HR Data to find out if their was anyway that HR Data was able to help. She sent Danny and in less then an hour Danny arrived. Within an hour and a half of his arrival Danny managed to get the server and all computers up and running. Getting us back in business was his top priority. 
Additionally Dave the phone and security installer was on point with getting both systems up and running quickly. 
Needless to say HR Data will be managing our server and computer from now on.

They could not get the issue resolved.

Ms. Strader was very helpful in trying to see if I needed her services. When I told her the message/ code that was appearing, she could not find any information about it. I also looked and agreed. There was a website update that perhaps might pertain to my printer's problem but it would be something with the company. She took her time to investigate all of the possibilities it could be and had me try different operations on the printer. She called me back several times very promptly after talking to the dealer and took the time to assist me.
I really appreciated her assistance and did not have to haul my big printer somewhere just to be told it could not be fixed. She saved me valuable time. I will definitely be using HR Data whenever I have future computer, etc. problems in the future!

We have been using HR Data for about six or seven years now and we could not be happier. They are responsive and always go out of their way to make sure that we are happy...Evelyn and Dave especially.
We just moved our offices and they handled the following for us:
Hanging 8 televisions and wiring them
Moving our phone systems to the new office
Moving our servers to the new office
Various new equipment as needed
Helping us to sell our old phone system that was just sitting around doing us no good
Dave stayed on site with us until 11:00 at night to make sure that we were up and running. These folks are awesome!

Called HR Data to see if they could remove a jammed SIM card that was in a cell phone. The gentleman who answered the phone told us to bring it in and said he would give it a try but could not guarantee it. We arrived at HR Data and the service guy was able to get the SIM card out just with his pocket knife. Did not charge us since he did not have to take the phone apart. This company which really is set up to handle mass business retail repairs was kind enough to assist us this day. If you are a business company looking for someone to repair and set up your business phones I would highly recommend them. I am not in a business but was a Mom who was trying to get a cell phone fixed for her son.

These are FIRST CLASS folks. Ms Evelyn Strader who managed the account process was prompt, forthcoming and responed to our emergencies THE SAME DAY within hours. She and her onsite person, Dave Smith, who had to travel some distance, helped us to sort out our issues and to fix them. They worked cloesly with our other vendor and with a variety of third party carriers and a variety of our staff. We intend to use them long term. They could have taken cheap shots at the other fellow, who is their competitor but they did not. They worked closely and hoenstly wtih us and the other vendor and actually helped me to confim that our issues were facilities based (carrier issues) and not in our software nor with the other vendors installation

I have been doing business with HR DATA for about 7 or 8 years now. They take care of ALL of our needs at the office: phone system, server installation, software, wiring, etc. We use HR DATA for installations, service, and we tend to buy most of our equipment from them too.

Doug, the owner and Evelyn the general manager are a pleasure to deal with. Their employees are great as well. We use their services about once every 5 to 8 days at our office, and I have referred them to my friends and my to my parents.
