My wife was very pleased with the services provided. He repaired and replaced sprinkler heads, tapped a new line extension and used a signal tracer to find 2 valves buried out in the yard.

Needed my sprinkler system repaired. I inherited this system when I bought my house. Since the beginning, it never really worked, and other companies I called to repair were stymied, and could never diagnose the problem. John was very knowledgeable, right away pinpointed that the system I had was an indoor system instead of an outdoor one. Also the system was old. John therefore returned and installed a HUNTER outdoor system. It now works great and is easy to control, change the settings, etc. I signed up to have my well/sprinkler system serviced by this company in the fall and in spring.

Call went great. He was on time and made needed repairs. Told me that my pump was going bad. He did not have the equipment to replace, but gave me the name of another vendor. Will use Horizon again in the future.

John was very professional and knowledgeable.  He was honest and told me the pump may or may not be bad, but he did not think it was, so he suggested getting it tested (cheaper option) first, to save time and money.  Sure enough, it was only a couple of parts that had to be replaced in the pump.  John actually waited for the pump to be fixed and returned that same day and reinstalled/primed the pump to get the system back up and running.  He saved me from having to buy an entire new pump.

Excellent service!  John returned my calls the same day.  He showed up a few minutes early. And he spent time explaining how my system works to help me understand how best to maintain the system and problems to signs to look for.  I could not be more pleased with the quality of work and the value I received.  John is good natured and very knowledgable.

My short well pump went kaput just before the 4th of July Holiday. I sent a note to John and he called the next morning. He was able to meet me at my home that afternoon and determined that the pump could not be repaired. He was able to secure a replacement and came out the next day and replaced it. He also checked all of the sprinklers and repaired one that was leaking. He was very prompt and professional and I would recommend him to anyone needing a sprinkler system or repair. The new pump is much quiter than the old pump.

This was an awesome experience. The contractor arrived early, arrived early and went right to work. He had previously explained what needed to be done. His came actually came in a little lower than the estimate. The coverage is so much better since the work was completed. My experience with contractors derived from Angie's list have been spotty but not this one. I was an absolute joy.

John called me back with 24 hours. We made an appointment and he was right on time. He checked the system thoroughly and found several problems. Some issues, like the outside faucet, would have been difficult and expensive to repair. When I said we never used it, he suggested that we just cap it off and save the money. He replaced the tank and a valve very efficently. I was surprised at how little the repairs cost. Everything is running great now.
He will be my go-to guy from now on.

I called Horizon Irrigation in the morning and John returned my call latter the same day. After discussing my problems with the system we set up a appointment time. John was right on time and evaluated the system. He installed a pressure guage and adjusted the pump pressure thus fixing the problem of some heads not popping up. Next he found three heads that were leaking and need to be replaced. After replacing and setting the three heads, he installed a master valve to keep the pump from loosing pressure and cycling on and off.Finally I asked about a wireless rain sensor, he had one on his truck and let me look it over and explained how it worked. After installing it he demonstrated it.
I found Horizon Irrigation and John very professional and knowledgeable. Now my 10 year old system is running as good as new. This will be my go to guy for any irrigation issues I may have in the future.

John returned my call less than 3 hours after I requested service...on a Friday afternoon! He immediately saw my old pressure switch had burnt out. Being an authorized Sta-Rite repairman, he had the part in his service van. After installation, he ran through all 6 zones and found out 2 were cycling too often. After some adjustments, all zones ran smoothly without hesitation and with good pressure readings. He also adjusted a few sprinkler heads for me to keep the water away from a newly installed standby generator.
He's very friendly and easy to talk to and expertly answered all my questions, too!
Cost included $75 labor + $22 parts. Highly recommended! Thanks, John!

John returned my call on the same day, and we set up a service call for my existing lawn sprinkler system for later in the week. He showed up at the requested time, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it that day. We subsequently arranged for him to install a rain sensor and an additional zone in another area of the lawn which was not originally being irrigated. He did that work on time and at a very reasonable price.

John was on time, thorough and very professional. He worked hard to give us many options in order to keep the costs down. All the work was done in a very timely manner with little impact on our landscape. I was very happy with the work and the entire experience and plan to continue to use his services to complete the project as finances permit.

After fixing the system, he offered to show me how to replace with a new version easier to maintain. The older style I had was very difficult to clean the filter basket. We replaced one together and he sold me the required heads and spaying nozzle patterns for 8 others. It took me less than and hour to do after he left and saved at least $75 in labor costs.
He arrived on time and was very reasonable. Labor rates were $75/hour and he was at my house for nearly 1 1/2 hours. The valve was $24. He gave me an excellent price of $150 for the valve replacement, labor and 9 head and nozzle kits.
I would recommend him for additional work.

I called John at about 8PM on a Friday and he picked up to my surprise. I tried two other companies and got their voice mail. I spoke w/ him about my issues and he came out Tuesday. He was very polite and professional. He took the time to explain and show me how to service the sprinkler heads later if I needed. He cleaned out the line on my pump to fix the not shutting off issue. Overall I was very satisfied and would recommend him. Thanks John.

He was a little short on the phone and I wasn't sure how I felt when he got here but once he got here he is a really good worker. He has been before to check it as we had some issues with sprinkler heads and stuffs that were leaking and he came out and adjusted it. When we called him he was out within two days of calling him to come to adjust the pump. Then he installed the pump as my husband didn't have time for me. He gave a quote over the phone and once he started working he gave much better one.

John came out within 24 hrs on time. Very friendly and thorough. He moved both heads exactly where I wanted them then checks all 4 zones including all rotary heads and sprayers. We agreed on a price after he was done. Afterwhich doing his final check, he determined a small sprayer needed to move about 1'. He accomplished this in short order and at no additional charge. Horizon Irrigation was extremely responsive from my first phone call. Technician contacted me almost immediately after request for an estimate. Price estimate was in the middle of those received, but, the company was able to do the work the next business day, which was a must. Technician did an outstanding job with the installation, including upgrading the old installation to avoid future problems. I am very pleased with the work done and the time in which it was accomplished.

I am waiting for Verizon to inspect the cabling they did which damaged the irrigation system.
