 + -1 moreWe have used Honeywell for 12 years, and whenever we've had a false alarm because I set it incorrectly, they responded right away. They don't perform any regular maintenance or checkups, but its working fine. They charge twice a year.
Description of Work: Honeywell installed our alarm system 12 years ago and monitors it now.
