It went poorly because the next time it rained the roof still leaked. And when I called him to come back he never showed up. Just poor service.

When Mr. Randolph got there, he pulled the shingles up and seen that there were multiple shingles under the existing one. He stated that the roof should be replaced but continued to do the job that was before him. Once he completed the job. A few days later it rained the same problem occurred in which I notified home the same day being that the service he provided me contained a 1 year warranty. We made arrangements for him to come out and look at the problem and it has been a hassle for me to get in contact with him. No call or text from him since Friday.

Randolph came over immediately and stopped the disaster and removed the carpeting that was damaged. There were many problem but he adapted well with the additional problems that needed to be fixed and also kept me abreast of all the changes that came along. I would definitely use him again.

Mr. Green started off well but that did not last. He did not show up for work on several occasions and did not call to inform me that he was not coming to work. The work dragged on because of his absence. His absence from our contracted work impacted on our scheduling of other contractors who were scheduled to complete work for us. He did not have skilled workers and left them unsupervised on the job. Mr.Green did not purchase the color stain that I asked for. The worker he hired had applied the wrong color stain to the moulding. Again, no supervision. The plastering work was poorly done. When Mr. Green attempted to put the moulding back in the four rooms, there were gaps and nicks in the wood. At this point, I knew I had to fire him and pay him to get out of the house. I had to pay someone else to correct his mistakes. He did a good job in installing the recess lights.

He has done a couple of jobs for me in the past and I am pleased with everything he did. He went over and above what he said he would do. I really thought I got my money's worth, he did a lot for the money and it didn't take him long. He was prompt, very courteous, and I had no complaints. He was doing my neighbor's lawn and when I was walking by, I asked him if he had a card, he gave me his card and then I called him. He does all kinds of remodel work and he even gives 15% discount for seniors and military. He also does free estimates so I was real pleased. The only problem is that he is a serious Patriots fan! He did good job painting the stairs, although I did not like the paint but I helped him choose the paint, so it was all right.

My experience with Randolph has been great. He does excellent work. His pricing is compatible with others in the area. He is pretty responsive.
