 + -1 moreMr. Faivre arrived very promptly and seemed quite knowledgeable about everything you could possibly wonder about.
Description of Work: Mr. Faivre removed a spring from the pedal mechanism which helped make the right pedal go down easier. He was supposed to do a tuning after the piano delivery, compliments of the company I purchased the piano from, but said the piano was still in tune, and to call him in a few months.
