He is good but sometimes he has to come back a couple of times to get it straight. He comes out right away. His price is very good.

Really frustrating trying to communicate with this Greenbriar Vinyl and Gutter employee on the phone. Simply asked if Greenbrier Vinyl and Gutter would come by my residence and provide an estimate to repair some vinyl siding, and relocate a gutter down spout. The employee stated that they have three different companies and it was impossible for one person to come by and give me an estimate for the total job; she would have to send a person from each company to give me separate estimates. Just seemed a little primitive, so when I tried to ask clarification questions I was told, in a condesending tone, that I was confused. Really; that's the way you speak to a potential customer who just wants to spend money with your company. This employee suggested I shop somewhere else; seemed like great advice. I called WT Anderson, who sent one technician out and gave me an estimate for both jobs. This company could use some serious customer service training!!!

They were fantastic. They cleaned up, came in, and they got the job done in one day. Their price was the lowest that we received from all the other quotes that we got. The workers were great, and they have also fixed a leak in our roof in the past. They were very personable and nice. We will definitely use them again in the future.

The guys that did the job were good to work with and were very respectful. I watched the whole job as it was being done. They removed the old gutters for me but they charged a little extra to haul them away. They did it for a great price and I had no complaints.
