+ 0 moreBroke my Radiator by hitting a rock. Manual said you needed to evac the AC (adding ~150 to the cost). They were quite inventive and went above and beyond to service my 2001 Volvo s60 without venting the AC. I know the work was harder (required them to use 2 techs and lift the car to multiple levels to complete the work. They did what was best for me, even though they made less money. That says a lot about their priorities!

Description of Work: Front end alignment on my 02 Ford Expedition. I purchased new tires and needed a front end alignment. The company has monthly specials and one of them was for a front end alignment. They gave me an appointment and when I showed-up, they started work within 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and professional. After completion, I received an alignment printout. If my tires show no uneven wear in the future, then I will know they did a good job. So far, so good.

Description of Work: Drove into service station as they were closing with a flat tire. Supervisor Chris Cook re-opened the service center and quickly, efficiently and willingly repaired the tire and checked all the other tires also

I have 3 SUVs which are maintained regularly and in each case the work that is performed is done in a superior way. What I particularly like is the honest assessment of what work needs to be done and what can wait. The rates are very competitive, well below national dealer chain rates, with better personal service. I never feel like I am going to be surprised. I recommend this company for any service.

+ -1 moreEverything is spot-on with Great Bridge Auto Service. You drop the car off. They give you a call when it's ready. Their prices are very reasonable. If something doesn't have to be done, they do not charge you at all for the diagnosis.
