Home Building
Overall went terribly. Took 3-4 months longer than original estimate. Took days to return phone calls. Often became argumentative when I pointed out substandard work or work not done as contracted. Did not do work as contracted. Did not complete punch list. Did not follow up on problems discovered inside of a year. I would never work with Germel again and cannot recommend them.
