About us

We come to you. All of our technicians are A+ and Microsoft certified. We come to your home or business and do most repairs onsite. NO unplugging and carrying your system to someone, then waiting for a call to get it, then carrying it home and hooking everything back up. If we determine it would be more cost effective to take the unit away and flat rate the price, then the Tech unplugs, carries it out and when he brings it back, he hooks everything up, then checks to make sure you are back online, your printer works and that all of your data is restored. Our initial fee is $99 to determine what the problem is - if it can be fixed in the fist 15minutes, then that is all you pay. After that, there are different rates depending on your problem. We also offer service plans where you can purchase pre-paid hours at a discounted rate, and are guarateed service within 24hours of calling in.

Their prices are a little high.  They are professional.  They show up on time and all of that.  If they come out at all, it's at least $100.
