Garden Ridge - Chesapeake

I tried taking it back to the store on the following Tuesday. I spoke to Glenda and she told me that because it was out of the box, they would not take it back. I told her to take it out of the box and try to inflate it to show her it wasn't working properly. She refused to do that and threatened to escort me out of the store. They did not like me standing in front of everyone in line. They gave me an email address and said I had to deal with corporate. I asked Glenda for a telephone number to corporate and she would not give that to me. I have sent an email to them. I got a general response regarding their return policy. I want my money returned or store credit. I do not want to be stuck with something that is defective. I also do not appreciate how I was treated.
