After talking over what we'd like, he laid the the mouse trap with peanut butter to entice the mouse and came back a few days later to treat our house and property for insects and rodents. The peanut butter had been eaten, so he proceeded to set the trap. The mouse was caught two days later, and the technician returned to dispose of the dead rodent.
The professionalism presented was far beyond anything I was expecting. I didn't feel pressured in the slightest to use their service. I felt the cost was reasonable, and was happy to give my family the peace of mind knowing that we will have continuous service. Their promptness is amazing, and the staff are very communicative.
