After 32 years, we finally decided that it was time to do some home upgrades including the flooring. We chose CoreTec vinyl planks for our kitchen, dining room, great room and halls (900 sq ft total). We also chose Floors Unlimited to purchase the material and to do the installation. Floors Unlimited is a family owned business that has served the Great Bridge area for many years and we felt that they would provide better service and support than a big box supplier. Terry did an outstanding job in explaining the products and making changes for us in our order. The installation team of John, Jamie, and Stockton did a great job. They were prompt, professional and took great care in the installation process and moving our furniture. I would highly recommend Floors Unlimited. They are knowledgeable, professional and caring.

Floors Unlimited has a very broad selection of flooring materials in their showroom - the most difficult part for us was narrowing our choices down. They are also very professional yet easy to work with. The installation itself was done on schedule with no issues whatsoever. If you don't know where the seams are, it's tough to find them and the fit of the vinyl to the walls is excellent. Further, we accidentally damaged the floor after the install (our fault) and they came back out promptly and fixed it, and you can't even tell it was repaired even knowing exactly where the damage was. Highly recommend this company.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Right from our first visit to the store, Phil and his staff were professional, polite, prompt and did anot excellent job. We were provided recommendations for carpeting based on our preferences and hone needs, the measurement was done promptly and accurately and we were on the install schedule within 2 weeks. Price was well below the big box stores and I had no doubts or concerns about the install quality. Installation crew was very professional and did excellent work. Phil even stopped by to QA the work and ensured we were satisfied.

We were pleased with most of the options presented to us and are pleased with the installation of the LVP, LVT and carpeting. The team was responsive to our needs and worked to accommodate our requests. A few minor glitches were worked through to our satisfaction.

Working with Phil was great. They were very patient with us in the showroom, explaining all of our options and answering any questions we had. Install was a dream. The installers were very professional and did excellent work. Phil then checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied and even came out to check on how everything turned out. We have used floors unlimited on 3 separate occasions, and each time it was the same level of professionalism and quality work. They even knew us and our house the 2nd time we came in! They really go above and beyond, and i would highly recommend them for any flooring needs.

Very pleased overall. Terry and Phil were on point. My wife and I told them what we were looking for as far as color and quality. They offered a wide selection to choose from. After making our selections, we scheduled a date for install. Installers showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. Respected my house and possessions. Quality products and a superb installation. I couldn't have asked for a better install.

The installation crew was outstanding! Show up at scheduled times and cleaned up daily....real hardwood artists. Complete satisfaction. Would highly recommend Floors Unlimited for their professionalism and work ethic.

As always, Phil was great to work with and answered our myriad of questions and rolled with our last minute changes to the job. His teams delivered a very good product at a reasonable price. We did have a few hiccups along the way, but they overcame those challenges and we are very satisfied with the products. Here's what they did:
- Removed old tile floor. The tile was laid on a very thick mortar bed, so it was quite the job.
- Installed subway tile shower, half normal horizontal tiles and half herringbone style. Looks beautiful!!
- Installed new hickory floor in the master bathroom.
The bathroom looks fantastic! What an upgrade! Thanks Phil!

The entire process was easier that I had imagined. When I entered the store I received a friendly greeting and was given an appointment for a quote. I got my dates mixed up and missed the appointment, but Phillip was understanding and quickly set up a new appointment. When he arrived for the quote, he was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He emailed the quote quickly and I set up an appointment to have the work done.
My husband was home during much of the process, as he was not comfortable having people in our home when we weren't there. He was impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and work ethic. He said they were friendly and courteous and worked hard. Later in the week he felt so comfortable with them, that he actually left to run errands and play a round of golf.
We are completely satisfied with the work that was done and will definitely hire Floors Unlimited when we need any type of flooring.

Floors Unlimited provided professional assistance from the first time we went to their showroom and met with a salesman. He helped my wife to make a decision on the type of flooring and the color. He also assured us that their installer could install the vinyl with grout. He visited our home and measured and, by the next day, had emailed us an estimate. They readily adjusted the estimate, when I went to the showroom to sign the agreement and give them a deposit, to give the 5% Angie's List discount. I had failed to tell them that we were members of Angie's List. This was a nice savings. A date was set to have the flooring installed on September 14, 2015. The installers arrived right on time-actually fifteen minutes early. They immediately started work, moving material and furniture out of the kitchen. Then, immediately, one worker started to professionally remove the quarter round while another started working on adjusting the clearance of our two pocket doors so that the new installation would fit under them. They also made any needed adjustment on the other doors involved. While they worked, I went to a luncheon with friends. By the end of the first day, they had installed and grouted all of the vinyl tile in the kitchen. On the second day, they returned and installed the same pattern in the utility room and in the bathroom off of the utility room They then reinstalled the quarter round and caulked it. The installers cleaned up and allowed us to inspect their work-you could see that they were proud of their work-and left us with a new and beautiful kitchen floor. I do not want you to thank that they were perfect. They did make one goof. I found some well worn knee pads in our garage. I returned the pads when I went to the showroom to make the final payment on the installation. From the first meeting with a salesman, to the appointment to measure, to the estimate, to the installation, this was a professional job well done.

"That's the most thorough and complete review I've ever read and I enjoyed every line of it. One thing that sets us apart from the home centers is we know our products very well and can offer good advice and assistance in picking the right thing. We'll tell you all about it and what to expect. Cutting those pocket doors is something other companies are reluctant to do. Some don't want the hassle or simply don't have the skill to do it. We can handle most of those odds and ends things that come up so the customer doesn't get stuck with having to hire someone else to come in. Angie's List has been good to us and If a customer found us on Angie's list then I want them to get the discount. You felt comfortable leaving my guys to continue working while you stepped out. I find this to be the case most often as people have things to do or need to go to work. I would not allow this if I didn't trust my team of mechanics. I personally know and trust all of my mechanics (10 guys, we are a small shop) most of which have been with us for more that five years. The home centers hire outside installation firms to handle their installations. I greatly appreciate your business and your positive comments on this forum."

This work was for my parents' 44 year old home. The floor in these spaces were creaking some where the nails in the plywood sub-floor had worked their way loose over the years. The existing tile floor was original. The Floors Unlimited installers secured the sub-floor, leveled it out and installed the new vinyl flooring. I was concerned that the company we selected, presented themselves in a professional manor and that their installers would do a good job as well as communicate with my 82 year old parents. Terry Bull, the sales representative, was courteous, attentive and understood his customer. He helped my mother select the grade and style of flooring that met her needs.
The installation crew was equally courteous and efficient in their installation. Everything was done in the time frame that Terry had estimated and we are pleased with the quality of the installation. I would have no reservations in recommending Floors Unlimited to friends and family.
