Took the car in to get it inspected. They did it rather quickly and told me about things I would need to watch and maybe repair before next years inspection. I was very pleased. This gives me time to get things fixed before they are an issue. Thanks

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They suggested I might need fasteners (they were right). While they had to order the liner, which came in on time as promised, they had the fasteners on hand and were quick to provide them. I will try them in the future for parts and service.

They are very good. I had my car serviced there and they did an excellent job. They are knowledgeable and their quality of work is excellent.

Buying a new car can be an aggravating experience. I wish the process was smoother and also wish you didn't feel juggled. Asking for a car that is not on the lot costs you more money and aggravation. Do yourself a favor...go to another lot and check out the car you want before making arrangements to transfer it. They get you to sign the paperwork before the transfer happens. You are charged a transfer fee. There is no bargaining with a transferred vehicle unless you are really hard with them on the negotiations. There are so many add ons to figure in that understanding what your final price is along with your monthly payment can be overwhelming.

Hi, Tried to purchase car today from First Team but was very disappointed...Sales team of Lou/Joe were less than helpful and not flexible at all. Worked with Lou for 3 days and he pulled the last minute hidden charge thing just before I was ready to write the check. Website is also very deceptive. Buyers beware on this dealership. I will be contacting the appropriate agencies to make them aware of this deceptive business practice. Gerry you should be ashamed of this way of conducting business.

I will be going to First Team Toyota pretty soon as I require and oil change.They have always been good and they assign you to a team and so I have dealt with the same lady for the past 2 years and she is very at keeping things up and monitoring things and recommending things. At this point, I don't have anything negative to say, they are usually good at noticing things and they are attentive, the service is quick and the prices are reasonable.

Their service is excellent. They are very caring and very punctual. They are very thorough with the work they do and very quick with their time turn around.

I was looking for service on my 1994 Lexus. I went into the service area and although there were multiple sales representatives, I waited 15 minutes for one of them to speak to me. they seemed irritated that I asked if they provided service for a Toyota product. They did not. I got great service from Charles Barker Lexus in Virginia Beach.

They are not really busy for service. I can usually get an appointment whenever I need it. They have a nice facility as well. They tell you to wait there while they get the work done. They have a nice waiting room. Most dealerships are pretty much the same in the area. They all tend to have about the same prices between all the Toyota dealers for basic services. Everything is perfect with them. They are on time. They are really nice. They are aware of what gets done.

They are exceptional, not only in the products they sell, but also in the quality of the staff, whether they are management, sales, or service. Additionally, my yearly vehicle inspection is included as a courtesy for being a First Team customer. I have been a customer there for 3 years. I have recommended First Team Toyota to anyone that indicates any interest in purchasing any kind of vehicle.

Negotiate the service package before you buy the car. Overall, the experience here was fairly fast and good.
