Exterior Source: (The actual overall rating is 4.5 stars) Jason’s office called to set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment Jason came in to introduce himself and explain what he was going to do. He went outside to do his estimate. He came back in with wonderful drawings of my house complete with gutters and downspouts to differentiate the existing gutters from the new gutters. He then showed me the two types of leaf filtration systems, one that could keep pine needles, leaves, and debris out. and the other to keep out leaves and debris for all the areas where there are no pine trees. There were pine trees on the property behind the garage, so we went with leaf guard and the rest of the new and existing gutters micro guard. After a period of negotiations, we came to an agreement. I was in the hospital at the time, so I was not there to view the installation. My wife informed me that Executive Source was on the job. When they left the job was done exactly as shown and explained to me. Except for a miscommunication between estimator and office, and estimator and me, everything else went smooth. My wife took pictures and videos and showed them to me in the hospital and the job was complete on time and on schedule. They cleaned up well behind themselves as there was no debris left on site when they left. I would recommend them to others since their scope schedule, execution and revisited cost and that wonderful presentation made them the lowest responsive bidder. We hire them again to do the front of the garage in the near future.

Had estimate done without obligation. Was breifed on the design intended for my house and what to expect. After deciding to go ahead, I deposited a down payment (depends on total cost of job). Was given a date for the work. Workers arrived on time on the specific day. Was a rainy day and they got about half the job done and decided to suspend their work. Came back next day and finished the job. Job was to take one day but the weather was an issue. Work was done by a team of tree men - Ross, Fred and Robert. All were very polite, asked me about specific issues they ran into and let me make the decisions (downspout location, etc.) I like the larger sized gutters and make a bold contrast to the house siding. I tried several other gutters over the years and these are the best. Lifetime guarantee ! I never have to clean my gutters again and also found the old gutters were retaining water that could hvae led to wood damage along the roof line. Not the lowest cost - but try and get a lifetime guarantee from anyone else. HIGHLY recommend this compnay and their workers, Steve who did the estimate to th folks answering the phones - hard to find customer service like this - I am a very satisfied customer.

I contacted them to confirm that they could do this repair and was told that they could. The original visit for an estimate revealed that this wasn't their main line of work, but YES, they would be able to do this. (Gutters, roofing and siding are apparently their main services. Obviously, repairs such as those I needed likely come up in the course of larger projects they perform) type of work.
Original date for repair didn't work out since the wrong crew came out and this wasn't their particular type of repair.  A rescheduled visit had to also reschedule since the repairs needed required more wood supplies than the individual had with him. Third time is the charm and they work they did was EXCELLENT.

I have used them on my old home and again when I purchased my new home in 2013. They are professional and I will use them again in the future

They showed up when they were scheduled for both the estimate and for the installation. They left the property properly cleaned up and safe each time they left.  The job had to be done in two different time frames.  First they removed the old gutters and then got approval for the board replacement which was an additional charge to be approved.  They then had to schedule the additional work to be done and the gutter work to be completed.  I was very happy with the work and with the workmanship of the job.  I am happy that there is a lifetime guarentee with this job and that the guarentee is transferable when the house is sold.  I feel like I got a high quality job and it was done by a reputable company that will stand behind their work.  I have seen them at other customers' houses making adjustments or repairs as needed long after the original job was completed.
My only concern in the overall process was that calls about the job were made to me at a time that was difficult to resolve immediately.  They would call me at the end of the day and when I'd call back only a few moments later, the person who made the call and who had the details would have already left for the day or the Foreman of the crew would not be available to answer questions.  That made getting decissions and scheduling next steps a longer process than it could have been.
I was very pleased that the work could be done a little earlier than we thought due to other jobs running ahead of schedule.  My travel schedule made postponing the job difficult if that had been needed.
Overall, good folks to work with both in the field and in the office.  They work hard to make things run smoothly.  The information and the estimate were upfront and clearly stated about what was included and how the operation would run.  There were no surprises.

The team of roofers arrived on time and performed extremely competently in each phase; removing old shingles, installing new shingles and cleaning up the work site. Everything was done with care.

They were prompt and they kept me informed. They did a good job, good workmanship. However, they were fairly expensive.

They were very quick! They completed the installation in just a half a day. Their gutters come with a lifetime guarantee. The gutters aren’t supposed to clog and if they do, they will come out for free.

Very professional crew.  I was impressed with their desire to communicate with me through the process.  One issue came up during installation regarding the layout of the gutters and they called me outside to give me a recommendation, then asked for my input.  I appreciated their interaction and desire to keep me informed.  Very pleased with the look and function of these gutters.  Unfortunately they are more expensive than regular gutters but they are maintenance-free in every sense of the word.  Very pleased with their work.

The installers were on time and professional. The gutters work perfectly and look great as well. Although the price is high, we knew we wanted the LeafGuard product.

They were not the least expensive bid, but in the end they were the best choice.  Work on the walk way/porch was a bit more complicated than expected. In the end the workmanship was excellent and I'm very happy with the end products. Why did I wait so long!

It turned out just fine!  We got the estimate a couple of years ago and they just recently did the work.  They honored the previous estimate!  They came out when they said they would.  It was two young men and they worked all day!  They ripped off the old gutters and installed the new ones! We had some torrential rains and that caused a bit of a hiccup.  I took video with my phone and sent it to them.  They said it worked out perfectly.  They were able to tell exactly what needed to be done and fixed it without any problems.

The job went well.  No complaints except for high price.  I hope the gutters work as expected.  There has not been enough rain or time to prove so.

The installers showed up on time.  We asked them if they needed us to do anything before they got started.  They said no.  The installers worked quickly.  Almost to a point that they seemed rushed.  They seemed a little careless about our property as they crushed our camping grill while throwing an old gutter off the side of the house.  They also dented a siding panel on the front of the house while installing the gutters.  They knocked a bird house to the ground we had hanging in a tree (with baby birds in it.)  And they cut off the protection housing around our power cable that attached from the transformer to our house to make room for the gutters, leaving our electrical wires exposed.  Which seemed very dangerous.  They also left debris from the installation in the yard including 4 inch nails.  All in all they seemed rushed to get the job done and cut a lot of corners in the process.  When we saw the damage that was done, we called the office and they said they would look into it.  We called them repeatedly over several months wanting to know what they were going to do to make things right.  At first they gave a lot of excuses but said they would take care of it.  But nothing happened and eventually they stopped returning our calls.  The product they installed is excellent and we have no problems whatsoever with the gutters.  However, this company is incredibly unprofessional and they still have done NOTHING to fix the things they left damaged.  We are so disappointed with the service we received.  It's a shame that you are expected to just live with a job done poorly when you paid good money for a service.  We will never use these people again nor will we ever recommend them to friends and family.  

UPDATE:

After several attempts to get the installers to come out and fix the problem, management got involved and the issue was eventually resolved. We filled out a customer survey with them and when it got to their head office we were contacted and management worked with us to fix everything. They sent one of the installers to fix/replace everything that had been damaged once they got involved it was handled quickly. It was still frustrating that it had to get to that point but it was still nice to know that management at least cared enough to take care of the problem.

Installed LeafGuard gutters to the front of my house.  First contact was with a very educated man who had a great deal of experience in building.  Estimate was given very low pressure. Workers arrived exactly on time. Pleasant and neat. Worked hard and got the job done quickly inspite of some difficult placement of downspouts that I required.
