We have used their services a couple of times now. They treated for the regular pests. They are easy to deal with. It is usually the same technicians who comes out for the work and he can usually remember what they did last time. They are very personable.

Ewell Pest Control and another company were called for estimates when termites were discovered around our home.
.We got two estimates and Ewell was not only lower then the other company called, they were much more professional in sharing habits and knowledge of termites with us. We went with Ewell. Michael did the estimate as well as the actual treatment. He arrived on time and performed the task in a very efficient and neat manner. We also have a yearly contract for them to inspect . We now have peace of mind . Thank you Ewell.

Extremely knowledgeable and professional

Overall they are above average. The first guy that came out was very unprofessional but they fixed it with the company and he has never been my technician ever since.

The technician himself was very respectful and very professional – even though the treatment ended up being ineffective.

Bythe way he was applying the chemical, I called the home office to tell them that if they don’t close of the vents, that the chemical would just blow away. They said that they don’t tell the technician how to do his job. The person on the phone stated “We don’t guarantee the killing of fleas; We guarantee the spraying.”

Ewell only lost my business due to the home office giving the statement that they did. That kind of attitude drives away business.


My overall grade of and quot;Fand quot; is being given only because I hired them to get rid of the fleas, and the task was not completed.

They're very honest. The same man comes out every time. I've recommended them to a lot of people. I had people come out before them and they would try to tell me about a lot of extra things I needed, and then Ewell Pest Control came and they were honest and did not try to sell us anything extra. They are the only ones who have been able to get ride of our ant problem.

Bait being used seems to be effective with no rodents inside house or in walls or attic.
