European Cleaning Services

Kathy has been helping us out for five years. She is trustworthy, reliable and does a great job cleaning the house. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a cleaning services.

Matt and I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to have Kathy as part or our household team for over 2 years now. She is all we ever expected and so much more. Kathy is like family to us in that she really cares about what we need help with on any given day that she arrives at our home. Believe me, we have given her plenty of household challenges and never has she even hesitated to jump in there and help us out. I consider her a friend and yet she is the epitome of professionalism. She sees a need and respectfully offers to help out no matter the inconvenience that it may be to her. But we wouldn't know if there one since she genuinely wants to assist wherever the need exists. I would say more but I don't want someone to steal her away!!!

She very thorough, is very willing to do extra at no cost. She is very reliable and conscientious. She has been very good, Iv been sick in the last year and she not missed a day. She is very good to me.

She is pleasant and does a good job.

They are very reliable, trustworthy, and they do a great job cleaning.  They also have very comparable prices. 

I contacted Kathy at the end of June to schedule the cleaning for Aug. and we emailed several times using Angie's list messaging. Kathy always responded quickly to my questions. Today, the day of the cleaning, my mom was coming from her new apt to meet Kathy at the old apt and Kathy was right there waiting for her. Kathy was very nice and really did a thorough job. My mom was thrilled with her and would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs a cleaning service. The apt office gave my mom a pretty extensive move-out checklist and with the thorough job Kathy did - she hit everything on the list. In fact it looked so good that my mom decided to get the manager to do the final walk through right then and turn in her keys. The manager walked through and checked everything and was so impressed, he said it was practically move-in ready! My mom also appreciated the fact that Kathy provided a senior discount.

Have used service twice for monthly cleaning. Initial cleaning was $125 because it had not been cleaned since I moved in. Every area that needed cleaning was done to my satisfaction. Michelle is an owner of the company but cleans my apartment because it has to be done on Saturdays and she covers that day. I will say the boss knows how to clean. She arrives on time and takes about 2 hours to do the job. She brings all her equipment and supplies. I work full time during the week and it's great to know my place gets a through cleaning monthly so I just have to do touch ups weekly. It is very easy to get in touch with Michelle and I haven't had any trouble booking a Saturday when calling earlier in the week. I also think this is one of the few cleaning services available on Saturdays. Since I am new to Virginia Beach, I am happy to have found this business through Angie's List.

It was mostly very well done but there were a few spots on the stairs that she missed and some dust left beneath wiring coiled on the floor. Other wise she worked quickly and efficiently and did a good job. Also she is very personable but not overly so such that it affects her work.

Cleaned and swept all rooms. Very through and efficient. House smelled great when she left.

Cathy (Kathy?) does an excellent job cleaning and does so for a great price, but is only available at this point about every 3 weeks between her regularly scheduled clients... we're currently on a waiting list (!) to become a regularly scheduled client. Despite the fact that she's fitting us in between other clients at the moment, she's always been perfectly responsive when we need her to come on a certain day (e.g. before a party). She's pleasant, professional, very efficient, and kind to our kids (who definitely interfere with her efficiency)... my wife assures me that she's the best home cleaner we've ever had and that it's worth waiting to become a regularly scheduled client. She charges us $90 per visit, but my wife always gives her $100. No complaints.

Kathy started cleaning for me on 10/9/12. The house was not in great shape and I expected that for the first-time cleaning she would expect more money and I was prepared to give it to her. She did a very thorough and time-consuming cleaning and refused any extra payment. She is currently cleaning the house today 10/23/12 and is doing a spectacular job.
Kathy is prompt, professional, and seems to genuinely enjoy talking with my mother who is confined to her bed. My mother loves her, and my mom just doesn't like strangers. That alone is a pretty impressive. Kathy is thorough and meticulous so that it has been very easy to keep up with the house after she is done. I'm hoping she will find time in her schedule to come every week, but I'm secure in knowing that even at every other week, the house will look great and I will be able to keep up with it between cleanings by Kathy.

I can't believe what a gem I got with Kathy. The lady does. not. stop. I've finally been able to get her on a weekly basis. Today was tough as my mother has been ill and had to go to the ER last night. Very little had been done in the house since Kathy was here last Tuesday. She was faced with a dog who is blowing his coat out to the point where the whole house has to be vacuumed daily, but I haven't been doing it. The kitchen was a disaster, and a room (that I haven't actually paid her to clean) has become impossible to navigate through because of the clutter and empty delivery boxes.

Kathy not only did the usual that we've agreed on, she broke down the boxes, got them in the recycling, and decluttered the room to the point it can be accessed with ease. I told her I was going to pay her extra for that as well as her cleaning of the back porch which was also pretty bad and not a room we had agreed she would clean. She flatly refused the extra money.

She is always always always positive, energetic, and a genuine pleasure to be around.

Could not be more happy with Kathy and her cleaning service. I did not have my house cleaned prior to my move in, which I regretted. But, despite having all my furniture in place, Kathy did an amazing job getting the whole house clean and sanitized. She was professional, courteous, and extremely attentive. HIGHLY recommend this quality and affordable service.

The first time we use Kathy, it had been awhile since our last cleaning Our other cleaner has had family health issues She arrived on time and did a great job, and did little extras not asked for She kept to her estimate even though it was much dirtier than she expected, I'm sure.The second time she arrive on time again and knowing us this time she knew what to do..And aqgain d[d the little extras. She straighting up our grandsons bed,as we were sorting out many years of stuff,and piled the"keeps" on the bed.. She's a great organizer! We highly recomend her.

Our house feels clean and smells clean after Kathy comes. We have never had to adjust dates which makes scheduling easy for us both. I would highly recommend her services to any interested!!

European Cleaning Service came to our house to clean up after some interior work was completed. She was great!! I even asked for a estimate to clean bi-weekly after learning what services she provides each cleaning. I walked her around the house so she could beta accurate idea of the house size and expectations. Her cleaning estimate was very through and her pricing was very reasonable, she was also very willing to do extras and flexible with scheduling. I plan on having her as a regularlart of our routine with a bi-weekly clean. She brings her own supplies and a true find!!
