They piped it up wrong causing damage to the seals due to back pressure Refused to take responsibility and would not pay the invoice for repairs made at a competent Hydraulic repair company that corrected the install. Bill Goodgame the manager and Bob Mcneil the mechanic are liars and incompetent do not put your trust in them.

Sent a John Deere riding lawn mower with 15 hours on it to get an oil change - they called and estimated 300 dollars in repairs needed. The mower is brand new - had it for 5 months - had less than 20 hours on it.

Also sent in a push mower that needed a new spark plug - they estimated the repairs on that would be 289 dollars. That was purchased at the same time as the John Deere and only used to mow the grass on the curb. Apparently that wears the wheels out and makes you need a new carburetor.

They are now holding the mowers for an extra week and a half because they are too busy to return it.

I called twice- they blew me off. I emailed the corporate CEO and other contacts and received no response. So to sum it all up - another company that hopes you will just pay for service you do not need while giving John Deere and Troy Built a bad name.

We have been using this company because it is difficult to find a John Deere dealer.  It has been nice that they will perform work on site or pick the lawn tractor up.  This tractor only has 60 hours on it, and we had them perform a full maintenance and asked them to change the blade.  The work was done on 3/29, and on 5/4 the tractor siezed and died.  Yes, there's oil on the floor in our shed (noticed after the fact).  We called the company and they said they only picked up our way on Thursday, so we set an appointment and left the tractor out - on the street - for pick up.  East Coast never came.  When we called to leave a message, their number goes to a fast busy signal.  So, here we are with a bad repair and a company that doesn't respond.
