DRAIN MASTERS PLUMBING

The technician was very professional. He explained everything he was doing. I'd had other companies fix this issue before but it reoccurred in a months time. It's been 3 months since they were here and I haven't had any issues.

Terrible! The technician only gave my tenants 25 minutes to get to the property. I was told the service couldn't be done that day and then all of a sudden, the plumber calls me to let me know he was on his way. That part was nice, but at least give my tenants an hour or so.

Late on a Friday night I could not get the pilot / burner on my hot water heater to stay lit for more than a few minutes.  Mike from Drain Masters took my call and had one of his staff standing by in the morning to take my call.  Drain Masters is easy to find (I used Facebook) and very responsive.  Brandon called me within minutes of my request and was at my house, right on time, by 9:30 Saturday morning.  He brought the parts he thought he would need based on my description of the problem, and had my water heater back up and running quickly.  When it comes time to replace this old water heater I'll be calling Mike and Drain Masters back to the house.  Nice work, and very reasonably priced.

Daniel form Drain Masters was able to accommodate an earlier arrival time per my request. He showed up as agreed, with all required materials. Installation went smoothly throughout. He coordinated arrival of an additional tech to assist at the required time as well as clean-up personnel. He installed a quality product with which I am well pleased. He removed the old gas water heater and was prepared to take it with him at the conclusion. Having already arranged for bulk pick-up with the city, he moved it to the curb. He arranged for a city inspection date before his departure. Work area was left clean and free of installation debris. Daniel was a consummate professional, who clearly explained system operation and costs. I am very pleased.
