Great came out the same day and was able to repair my roof that day also

Repaired roof ridge vent, repaired loose ceiling plasterboard in the garage. I thought the cost was too much and the work was just adequate.

Had our porch roof repaired to stop it from leaking. They did a wonderful job. At the same time they found water damage to roof on house. They repaired it as well. Very happy with the work done. Got to immediately and cleaned up after themselves really well. Nice guys friendly and professional.

We found a roof leak right before a trip. I sent a request to Don's Roofing and very quickly got a response. The assessment was done that evening, and the work was done the next morning (including 2 other items that were clearly going to cause future issues). I was very impressed with the owner, the workers and the quality of the work. They sent me pictures of everything and kept me updated throughout. This was about as good of experience as it could be. Highly recommend. Plus, they also do concrete work apparently.

I was very pleased with the work.

Did not contact after estimate. Had difficulty contacting the contractor. After several days did talk to contractor. They apologized for the delay and claimed my contact info was incorrect.(it is all on the Angi order) Contractor said they would start in 20 min. Arrived an hour later. Laborers were unsure what the job entailed but after I described the things to be done they completed the job. Worker had difficulty understanding direction but when they did they got the job done.

We had a leak in the roof that they repaired and havent had any other problems with. The repair was completed on July 27 and we have not received a receipt or the warranty. When I asked about the paperwork, we were told it would be emailed to us. It is now August 18 and we still have no paperwork. We went to the address on the business card and Rafael Suarez was not there. We left all the necessary info. with his wife, and nothing. I talked to Rafael on August 12 and texted the contact info. Yet again and nothing. I realize it was a mistake to pay without being given a receipt. There were also some problems with the workers saying they would return at a time with the parts needed to do the job. They returned much later and did not call with an update. Due to the nature of the leak and a forecast for a week of rain, we felt like we needed to have the roof repaired before it got worse. We do not recommend this company due to the unprofessionalism shown us. If you do use them, get your warranty and paperwork before paying.

Not the quality of work I expected for the cost, but it met my needs.

We had a leak allowing water to come through the overhead fascia on our front porch. They sent an estimator out on Monday he diagnosed the problem provided us an estimate. Problem was a failed area of the porch roof. They had a crew out Wedensday stripped off the old porch roof replaced multiple sheets of plywood and two pieces of side trim, installed underlay and new shingles. Did a great cleanup. Did the work at the quoted price. The finished job looks great. They were here on time, did great work, super cleanup, at the price quoted price what more could you ask for?

Got everything fixed in a timely manner, they cleaned up well (usually not a contractor's top performance area), they were enjoyable to talk/work with, and I believe the price was very fair.

Raphael did a very good job explaining what would be done; how they would do it; gave an estimate that came VERY close to actual cost; told me when they would be here to do the work; arrived when they said they would; did an excellent repair job on my porch roof; cleanup was excellent--wouldn't know they had been here!! They are an all-around great company--would recommend and use them again if needed.

We are first time first year homeowners and have had roof issues for a year and have struggled to find a reasonable company to fix our issues. The minute Donâ s roofing walked in and started explaining things to us we were very comfortable. He was so honest and open about our roof and the issues. He and his crew troubleshot them very quickly and said they could be fixed today. Not only were both significant leaks fixed the same day they came out, but the pricing was very fair. At no point did he try and up sell me a new roof (which if your having a moderately old roof fixed youâ ll find that with other people), but not Donâ s. Donâ s roofing and crew - Iâ ll be passing your name and number around to everyone!!! Thank you so much! We can finally enjoy a rainstorm after 1 year of home ownership! You guys are the best!

Called Dons Roofing in the morning for an estimate. It was more than I wanted to pay but after talking to Raphael, I felt the most confident with him over anyone else to Fix it. They came 2 days later. Unfortunately for me the leaks had caused more damage than I had hoped for. We discussed repair options and a 1/2 day turned into a full days work for them. The workers worked VERY hard and had it finished just before the monsoon hit. I will use this company again. Excellent work ethic and respectful attitude.

Miscommunication IRT to price. I confirmed verbally and he confirmed. He performed the work without providing an invoice upfront which would have prevented the communication issue. I ended up paying $500 more than expected. The roofer installed gray shingles on my roof. My shingles are brown. They both tried to convince me they matched. The roofer had to go back to the store and buy the correct color shingles and redo the repair. They only addressed one area; could not find the source of second leak so I still have to hire sometime else. Really bad experience.

The initial appointment and proposal were much faster than anticipated. Angel contacted me by text and phone, came out a few days later and sent the proposal the next day. Work was completed over the next few days, clean up and consideration for property was greatly appreciated. Very pleased with Angel and his crews.

Had hard time getting someone to give us an estimate, trying since January but. No one wanted such a small job, barn style shed 10 x 15 ft. Finally someone showed up. 2 were scheduled one showed. Feel we hit the jackpot Don’s Roofing gave a fair estimate, provided quality product and service. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

gave me a quote and after he begin work he stopped work and had to pay him 3000 more dollars to contine work and no reciept that was bad. and broke outlet on deck said they will fix it never show up
