Very professional and responsive. I contacted them in the morning, and they started the job that afternoon, and built a whole roof in two days. Amazing customer service and attention to detail from Rafael. I would absolutely hire them again

The repair on our roof was done in one day. They took pics before and after for us to look at. We are very satisfied with the repair. Can't tell where the hole was shingles matched perfectly. Would diffently do business with them again.

I had them install 8 new fascias, and they left white paint on my driveway and grass. I had to call them back to repaint the fascias because of how bad they looked. Now, 7 months later, the fascias are coming apart (when fascias are supposed to last years).

Gave estimate and had men on job the same day. Completed the job in one day. Very satisfied and glad to have the work completed so quickly.

No complaints. Crew came when scheduled, worked all day Saturday and most of Sunday to finish the roof by Monday as promised. They were very respectful to me and my home. Cleaned up all debris each day. I would recommend Don's Roofing and will use them again if the need arises.

Very professional and honest good people. The cost was very reasonable. I liked that they came out to do an estimate, and then made an offer and was able to complete it that same day. They cleaned up before they left, and explained everything to me each step of the way. They took before and after pictures of my roof being that I can't actually see it myself. Very thoughtful and thorough.

Responded right away good work, probably paid more than I should have, however they were very respectful had quality, and cleaned up. However, I have asked for the work invoice or contract twice and they have not sent it to me as of yet. They have just sent the quote when I asked for the contract.

There was an issue with communication intially but the pro worked hard to resolve this.

They did great work on the roof. Manager was always available for questions. Area was cleaned up. Rain did check their work. All is good. The Only one concern arises. I have found on the next day that my driveway got broken. It looks like some heavy equipment was there. I have called manager, sent pictures and have asked for repairs. However, I did not hear yet back.

Quick, professional and friendly!

Did more than roofing, patching, put up gutters, cut down a tree. Replaced wrap materials. And, were happy to do the work.

They were super responsive and professional. They were able to come to our house the next day to provide an estimate. They were even able to remediate our issue later on the same day.

The contractor was prompt in responding and had my issue resolved in 2 days. I had cracks that needed to be sealed near the flashing. It was more costly than I planned, but it seemed to solve the issue. I will know for sure during the next hard rain.

Had them come out and fix my roof under a window. Did a good job and were very nice however my roof still leaked and I called them back twice and twice they said they would send someone out. I have yet to see anyone come by or received a call about them coming by.

Honest and to the point. Very helpful in understanding the issues. Great value for the new roof that we ended up having to get. They talked us through best and worst case scenario price ranges and offered plenty of good solutions. Cannot say enough!
