He is really busy so you have to schedule things out. If I call him and he does not answer, he will get back to me very quickly. He comes over takes a look and will ask me what I want him to do. He gives me a price right on the spot. He will do the job for that price. He is really easy to deal with. He has painted almost every house on my street. He is well known around here. He did my exterior paint on my house. He has painted numerous rentals for me. He has done children’s rooms. He does a really good job. He is an honest guy. He works on an hourly basis. If he quotes you something and he works less than what he quoted, he charges less. His goal is to get the job done as quick as possible. He will provide the paint or you can get your own paint and have it custom mixed and he will use it. He is no hassle; he brings his own ladders and tools. He does not use any of my resources. The guy knows what he is doing. He comes in, does his work, wraps up, and leaves. He comes when he says he is going to come. He has a really good reputation. He makes things simple.
