I have been going to them for about four years. I go because I feel like I can trust him. He is a little on the pricey side but he is honest and I have never ever had to take my car back to him when he has done work on it. I would recommend to others that they go.

It went very well.  They did everything they said they would do.  They explained the entire job to me so that I could understand it.

If you have a Honda, this is the guy for you.  In this instance, my son's car was not running normally.  After being told a few times by Honda dealerships that nothing was wrong, I suggested he have Doctor Honda have a look at it.  The brake rotors needed replaced.  The motor noises were from the transmission. This fellow sent him immediately to a transmission repair shop where they determined the car was unsafe to drive.  Doctor Honda did not do any repairs and charged him nothing for his time.  He would wait and see what was going to happen to the car's transmission before he did any work on it.  On another occasion, I was hearing terrible sounds from under one of the wheels.  I drove it straight to Doctor Honda after work and he secured something that had come loose and there was no charge and no wait.  He also repaired a corroded battery and replaced a missing part that I never even knew the battery needed and it has not been a problem since.  He works only on Hondas and therefore does not do state inspections, but I'm sold on his services over a dealership (on Angies list) that caused me grief!

received a call from Doctor Honda Thursday morning around 10am. They stated the front rotors were warped and need to be replaced with pads, the engine belt still looked good and even though the car had 120k miles they said it did not need to be replaced. They also stated the font suspension/linkage/ball joints and tie rods all were fine. They said the car was at 120k miles and should have the standard oil/filter, air filter, cabin filter and transmission fluid changed. I told them I would do that work. I asked about the rear brakes and they mechanic said those rotors were good and he did not recommend replacing them. I asked to have new plugs put in and do the front rotor and brakes. Car was ready by 2pm. Picked up car and everything was fixed as stated and mechanic came out and went over car. Great service and experience. I very much appreciate having a mechanic that only recommends doing work that needs to be done (dealer would have pushed to have all brakes done and other work). Doctor Honda is my mechanic for my four Hondas from now on (they do not do body work or alignments but that is no problem with me).
