had the knock down applied, next day they painted the first color coat and returned the next day to apply the second color coat and the first clear coat.
We had one issue with the clear coat as Duane was not present and his new crew did not follow the application instructions and caused smearing of the two colors at the boarder and they had some over painting on the pool edge. Spoke with Duane the next morning and he came right out and had his crew back out to clean up all the over paint and they corrected the areas that were smeared. He came back two days later to ensure everything was good and we provided the final payment. Professional group and the one mistake they made was immediately corrected. Great product, professional group, Duane is very up front and easy to work with. The pool deck looks like new, he also repaired a crack in my driveway for free when he was fixing the cracks in the pool deck.
