Distinguished Designs

Description of Work: Contacted Duane at Distinguished Designs, LLC by phone to set up an appointment to visit their showroom in Chesapeake. We liked their product and asked for a estimate to repair and resurface our pool deck and walk-way with their knock down textured product. We set an appointment for 16March at 1pm, Duane (owner) showed up on time and we walked through the estimate and options for color and products. Scope of work: 1656 sqft, prep pool deck and walkway cement (power wash), repair cracks (grind, fill with epoxy, grind smooth and cover with primer), apply pool deck coating in a knockdown texture - two colors - 12in boarder around pool and second solid color for remainder of the area. Expect time to complete the job is 4 days (2 for prep and 2 for applying the product). Agreed to a 30 day period to allow him to complete work based on weather conditions. Duane called in the early afternoon to ask if they could come by early to see if they could come by to power wash (they have a large industrial scrubber to clean the cement) the cement early because they were done early with a job. They showed up and stayed into the early evening to clean. Prior to leaving he stated the weather looked good to get the job done in the next 4 days.
