 + -1 moreCox customer service tried what they could from the office and found that I needed someone to come to my house. He was very friendly and professional upon arrival. He explained everything to us thourghly.
Description of Work: Cable was not working properly so they sent out a customer rep and he found that a connector located outside had been struck by lighting. It was fixed and up and working in 15 minutes.

Description of Work: Installation was professional and courteous. The speed of the internet connection is great! We had another provider that was WAY more expensive and moved at a snail's pace, but since we switched to Cox it has been wonderful!
