Clay and his crew from CoverAll Construction provided quality workmanship with all aspects of the project. Clay’s attention to detail and his desire to complete each job in a quality fashion was evident with his home repairs. A big thanks to Clay for treating my home as though it was his own home!
Description of Work: CoverAll Construction, owned by Clay Jones, installed vinyl siding on my home as part of an insurance claim for tree damage. He was sub-contracted by my general contractor. He also performed other repair services on the soffit boxes. Lastly, he was asked by the general contractor to install step flashing after the sub-contracted roofers neglected to install it.

Just a horrible experience. Please beware
Description of Work: So I actually contemplated writing this for about a week but I believe it’s my duty to inform as many people as possible. Prior to purchasing our home the previous owner came out of pocket almost $70k for repairs. The repairs were needed due to severe water damage last winter. She hired Servpro to do the work. Servpro sub contacts it’s jobs to the lowest bidder. Now that the back story is out of the way let’s get right into the subject line. Clay Jones owns and operates Coverall Construction Inc. his company was contracted by Servpro to do a majority of the work in the house. There was also a small piece of roofing that needed replaced prior to us closing. At first sight it all looked fine. After being in the house and happy to have a place to call home started to notice all of the shortcuts. The flooring had water damage caused by his workers and he did not want to accept responsibility. About a month ago we noticed our garage had water spots on the ceiling. My husband climbed in the attic to discover water coming in through the “fixed” roof. Over the course of the last couple weeks we have gone back and forth with Clay Jones and Servpro on who’s going to fix it. Bottom line it’s coming out of our pocket. Clay swears up and down it wasn’t his work that caused the leak. We got a second opinion and the roofer told us the work Clay and his guys did was all wrong. I know this was long winded but seriously do yourselves a favor and do not hire this company for anything. I could go on with a list of everything they cut corners on. If you’d like to know more, please feel free to ask.

Clay provided an estimate in a timely fashion, but we had a tight deadline and it took a while to get a written contract. Work did not being until 9 days after the original start date and a number of issues arose during the course of the project - injuries, illnesses and obligations to other clients. As we neared the move-in date it wasn't looking promising. That's when everything turned on a dime. Within the span of a week, the entire project moved to completion, with crews working 7 days a week. While I was a bit frustrated at points, Clay and his team really proved that they have what it takes to get things done! Everyone who worked in our home was polite and friendly. There are some small items (like the build-out to hold the over-head light fixture) with which we're not 100%, happy, but overall, we are satisfied with the finished product and would work with him again.
Description of Work: Coverall installed a permanent stair to the attic space over our garage and finished it off for use as an office/"man cave". This included framing, carpentry, dry-wall, electrical, paint and carpeting (some of which was subbed-out). The finished space added approximately 200 square feet of finished space to our home.
