Incredibly prompt and thorough with mulching and laying landscaping fabric on our entire front and back flower bed areas. The team was so friendly and helpful—- going above and beyond with practical advice for all aspects of our yard. Very reasonable fair price and great service. Highly recommend!

Ben and his crew were responsive and prompt! My request went in for my spring yard clean-up and I got a quote that night. The job was complete in less than a week! Very happy with the results and I felt that the price was fair and reasonable.

These folks did an amazing job. We had a large area of overgrown brush filled with cement stones and bricks. They cut it down, cleared it out and leveled it off for us to incorporate it into our yard. The end product was amazing.

Ben was reliable, on-time, and trustworthy. I needed work done for my parents while I was away. He met with them day/time as promised, and showed up to work as promised. Very hard these days to find dependable and honest folks, so I very much appreciate Ben and his team.

We hired Ben to do our front yard landscape... one big problem is communication. As I previously wrote he did a great job. We then decided to call him again to mulch, weed and do some landscaping in our back yard. He answered the first time we called came over the very next day gave us an estimate. We hired him... left him about 6 messages, no response and now 3 weeks later we have had no contact from him. We hired a new person, doing job Saturday. We will keep you posted. I DO NOT recommend you use Coopers Creek Land and Lawn.

I hired Coopers Creek to cut and trim my lawn every other week. They cut it once and I did not hear from them for six weeks. I sent them an email. The response was quick, and they sent someone to cut and trim my lawn the next day. I asked to be put on the schedule for service every other week. That was more than 4 weeks ago. Have not heard from them. Very disappointed. I hired them because I have trouble getting around. I am looking for another business that can meet my needs. Very disappointed that they have not even called. I guess they do not need my business.

Ben was very nice - came back when he said he would and was very prompt and thorough.

Ben quickly responded to my Home Advisor request, provided a quote for the work, and removed the tree. I appreciated his quick communication using text messaging throughout the job. He did a good job cleaning up the site. I am very happy with Coopers Creek.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Ben. From the very beginning he has gone above and beyond to stay in touch with me and keep me apprised of every situation that has arisen. We got hit pretty hard with Hurricane Florence and after calling around and talking with a couple of local services, I decided to reach out through Home Advisor and Mr. Ben was the third professional to contact me and from the get go he made a very bad, and stressful situation a little more bearable. He was coming from his hometown in Virginia several hours away to help out in North Carolina and I can't express my gratitude enough for the wonderful job he did clearing up my horribly destroyed backyard of debris and fallen trees, as well as a demolished back deck. And he was almost 1/2 the price of the locals from whom I had gotten other estimates. I can't tell you how appreciated that is, when over 1/2 of the work was paid out of pocket because insurance wouldn't cover it all. He possesses an exemplary work ethic and extraordinary customer service. He still answers whenever I call with further questions; and he is coming to finish taking down more trees for me when my yard dries out enough, although he lives hours away. Thank you for everything Mr. Ben. I wish your business was closer, because my fiance and I would have you doing ALL of our yardwork forever. Let us know when you decide to move closer! Anyone looking for a consummate professional and an all around great guy who really seems to care about his clients, then you should look no further. I highly recommend Coopers Creek Land and Lawn.
