When my A/C stopped working over the Memorial Day weekend, I tried to make arrangements with several big named A/C heating and service companies to make a house call, only to listen to their excuses on why they could not make a house call that weekend. Out of frustration, I decided to call a local company. Good decision. Although the company was very busy that day, the local technician DID NOT list a bunch of excuses on why he could not service my A/C that day. The technician examined the complete system and discovered the issue. He made the appropriate calls, ordered the part - the part was still under warranty, and the technician DID NOT try to scam me into additional parts and services I did not need - and made arrangements to install the new part. The communications between the technician and me was outstanding, he called every step of the way and informed me of price and the order status of the part and promptly scheduled a time to install the parts. Very glad I went with a local company and supported the local economy.
I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service that was provided. I have had zero problems with my unit since my service and would recommend Comfort Magic to anyone looking for top notch service at a reasonable price. Additionally, I have referred my friends/clients to Comfort Magic and in every case the feedback I have received afterwards has always been positive!
