Fantastic!!!!!!!! All employees introduced themselves, prepared all stair rails and doors from damaged by using blankets, carpeted a runway for a hand truck to save my carpet, plenty of movers to handle heavy furniture. After 30 years in the Navy I have never had a more professional group move my furniture!!!!!!!!! At the other end there were the same quality movers and everything went as well!! The same attention to detail and care in handling!!!!! BEST MOVE EVER!!!!!!!!! And the cost was hundreds less than expected!!!!!!!!!

They were very congenial and their attitude was wonderful. They followed through and answered all my questions.

The moving crew were hardworking, courteous, accommodating.  Nothing was damaged.  They moved us from upstate NY to Manhattan

This company was great to work with.  The  very strong two guys who moved me (one was Lou, and I cannot remember the name of the other were fabulous.  They came so prepared and worked non-stop loading twice (I had a storage unit in Morgantown, WV as well that needed the contents moved) and then unloading at my new home in Washington, PA.  I would definitely, definitely use them again for any future move and refer them to anyone who is in need of move services.  A++ rating here!!

I called this company to setup and estimate and it was beyond unprofessional. The woman sounded like she was on something and didn't seem to understand how to do her job or answer my simple questions. She then told me she'd have to call me back to find out if they could even give me an estimate. She ended up calling me back the following day with an equally scattered message. This left a really bad taste in my mouth.

I would have to say we had a very mixed experience. The estimator who came to our house was very helpful and professional, as was our contact in the Clark Moving & Storage office. The person who packed our fine china, glassware, and large framed prints was also competent and professional. However, our experience with the actual movers was not great. The person in charge of packing the truck apparently did not cover some of our wood furniture with blankets, as they arrived with scratches, nicks, and some gouges. He also must have had some boxes marked "Glass--Fragile" turned on their sides as they came off the truck that way and we had breakage of about 10 items, even though the boxes themselves weren't damaged and we had packed items securely. He also loaded a full-size wooden bed frame, with drawers, on its side, resulting in a broken frame upon arrival.The lead person/driver got so frustrated trying to take our queen-sized bed and the refrigerator apart to move them that my husband had to step in and do the work himself. We were told that delivery in Ohio would occur on a Saturday between 8 and 10 a.m. We waited and waited, hearing absolutely nothing from the driver, until the van pulled up at 2:30 p.m. The driver gave no reason why he didn't call us. The unloading lasted until 8:30 p.m. Two of the movers remained cheerful and cooperative in the 100-degree heat. However, we ended up moving numerous smaller items ourselves in the house, just to get the whole ordeal over with. The driver tried to tell us that we had a great crew doing the work, but he mostly complained. We filed a damage claim for the broken bed frame, and it was promptly handled. But the other broken items could not be claimed because we packed the boxes ourselves and the boxes weren't damaged, even though some contents were.

Received quote but did not use.  Price quoted was in line with other bids.

They were fine. They did everything they said they were going to do.

They came on time and put everything where I told them to put it. They did a good job with the TV, even though it was heavy. They managed all of it and they left it clean. They were very professional.

They were a very good company to move and the men who helped me were very nice. They were fast and efficient.

They lost some of my items, and they were never recovered. I'm very disappointed. Their price was average. The quality of their work was poor. I will not use their services again in the future.

The overall experience was very good. They were there on time, very professional, courteous, and careful. The delivery was earlier than expected. Everyone involved was terrific, particularly the driver, Wes, and the unloading crew which is based in Albany, NY. A little pricey compared to other movers, but it was worth the difference.

They are very professional and very personable. It was an excellent experience.

They come out and look through your house and mark everything you are bringing. They will then give you a quote. My last move, they moved me and gave me $1000.00 back because they over quoted me at the beginning. At the time, I had just had a baby so I had no time to do anything so they packed the entire house for me. I appreciate their honesty because I had a lot of stuff out including diamond earrings and an I-Pod and everything was still there.

Although they could not move me because they were booked up, she was so helpful. She gave me the names of other movers who had good ratings. She was so nice and courteous. If she is any indication of how the company operates, I would highly recommend them.

They broke a lot of my furniture.  I would not recommend them.  It was a company paid move, so I am not aware of the charges.  They broke at least 5 pieces of furniture. I was not happy, nor would I use them again.
