Christine Parrish, Shaffer Real Estate

Christine is our real estate agent. We purchased our beautiful home from her in October and she is now our agent for our previous home. There is no job she cant do. She had a great eye for detail and is a savvy business woman! Christine is an awesome agent!

I nicknamed Christine a Pit Bull because when she confronts an issue, she won't let go until the issue is resolved. Without Christine's knowledge and experience we might have lost the house to someone else.  However, the name Pit Bull is a bit misleading -- Christine is a true outgoing professional with a great personality and she's technically savvy paying attention to details.  I would suggest her representation to any of our friends or family. 

Buying a house through a Bank Owned REO foreclosure is in itself challenging.  But this house was not an average REO. During the due diligence phase of inspections many deficiencies were discovered making the process and loan more complex.  We could not get a normal loan, we could not get regular home insurance, we had to hire three major contractors to support a renovation loan, and the Bank didn't want to play.  Christine didn't let any of this slow her down.  We worked together practically everyday working through issues one at a time.   I can't overstate my confidence in her abilities and would suggest her to anyone.
