 + -1 moreThe technician called about 30 minutes before arriving. He arrived on time. After checking in with me, he started checking on the outside cable box. He found that there were wiring issues within and a small upgrade needed to be made. This visit required no reason for the technician to come inside my home.
Description of Work: Renewed cabling to troubleshoot signal in my home.
