It went well. Byler has been very reliable and has done good work for us over the past 30 years. However, the new service manager has not been as responsive to our calls as his predecessor. Also, we had to call them back because they didn't properly tighten an attachment on the commode, and it began to leak so Byler had to return. They didn't charge for the trip however.
