"We strive to help our customers, we did explain options to fix this problem with the shower valve,the customer chose the process of repair, instead of more costly process of replacing.However we did give the customer a partial refund in the hope of saving our relationship with the customer."

Brown Plumbing was originally scheduled to fix my bath/shower leak afternoon on 4/9/2012. I took 1/2 day vacation to be off that afternoon. They called that first thing to let us know they were coming that morning. This inconvenienced my wife who had plans. Two plumbers arrived. After replacing an o-ring and not fixing the leak, they said I needed to replace the rough in kit which they didn't have. My wife was presented a bill for $359.50. I told her to write a check. I called their office and let them know I was upset. They offered to knock off $110, or 1 her of labor for 1 plumber. $249.50 for an o-ring and not fixing the problem was unacceptable. Friday 4/13/2012, I cancelled the check. After receiving calls from a Brown "manager" and the "owner", I agreed to send them a check for $190. I informed them that I would be reporting on Angie's List and then filing a complaint with the BBB if they cashed the check. The choice would be theirs.

We were satisfied with the job they did and we have no complaints about them. We have used them for quite a while now and they have always done a good job. They pumped up the waste and took it away. They showed up when they were suppose to and didn t bother us at all. They finished their job quickly.

This is one of the two companies we have used for this. We have really enjoyed working with Brown. Their prices were per gallon pumped and pretty reasonable. They were quick and efficient. We didn't have any mishaps with them at all.

I really disliked the smell that happened when they cleaned our system, but other than that, they did a great of doing what we paid them for. I have called them to do our pumping every since I can remember and they have been very polite and sincere.

They did an excellent job and were a wonderful company. They took their time to be sure the job was done right. Our line had stopped up and overflowed a bit, so they made sure to flush the system and put freshener in it. They were thorough and clean.
