Donna Bridges, the owner, damaged our floor with a steam mop, causing $500 in damages. She refuses to return any communication after admitting fault and saying she would pay for the damages. Furthermore, she broke several glasses and an irreplaceable wedding gift from my mother. Definitely do not recommend her or this business.
