Description of Work: Since 2016 summer/spring through Jan 2016, 4 calls to binswanger and one visit with ZERO followup by Binswanger despite being ready to pay for specific work, and having a hazardous situation. Calling the 5th time. Worse service ever. Houston Binswanger

Description of Work: Replaced windshield in my Dodge Dakota. Came to my house. The technician was on time, pleasant to work and visit with, did an excellent job, and left everything clean and in good condition. He was able to recover my registration and inspection stickers as well as my EZ Tag. I have not had any problems with the windshield since the work was completed.

 + -1 moreThey called to let me know they were on their way and were running a little late. The guy was great and replaced the glass quickly and efficiently. They didn't get all the broken glass from the interior of the house, but they did a great job. They are a little expensive, but they do a great job.
Description of Work: I had a deck umbrella up-end and break through my living room window. I called Binswanger based on my experience with a recent auto glass replacement, which was positive. Things were scheduled and they came out.

 + -1 moreTHESE GUYS WERE GREAT. MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO IN THE MIDDLE OF A DOWNPOUR. THIS COMPANY NOT ONLY MOVED ME AS CLOSE TO THE HEAD OF THE LINE AS POSSIBLE, THEY ACTUALLY CHARGED ME LESS THAN THEIR ORIGINAL QUOTE.
