Belfor was extremely responsive to our emergency flooding situation. They came in and assessed the situation, did the work needed to dry the house out and sent us photos and other information to keep us informed of their progress. (We were not there during this time.). I am thankful they were called in to help us. A very responsive team.

It went great, our contact was very informative every step of the way, as we are currently renting the home and were not in VA at the time. They sent us pictures, answered all of our questions, took readings for mold, mildew, and asbestos. They are dried out the walls, floor and removed installation. My insurance will be paying for work done, but I would highly recommend.

They were wonderful, and outstanding. They were always on time. They walked us through everything. The repairs were handled great. The people that we worked with stood out, the contractor, and the people they sent out. They gave us home/cell numbers if we had any questions. We would highly recommend them.

By the time it was all said and done the work that was done met our expectations. However the process was painful at times due to the slowness of response to calls and poor communication between the manager overseeing the job and the sub-contractors doing the work. We had to have the ceiling redone because the repaired section didn't match the rest of the ceiling. We also had to get them to redo a plastered wall because it didn't match the areas surrounding the repairs.  Sometimes it would be a week at a time between calls or contractors being onsite.  That's my biggest complaint was the lack of good communication between Belfor and us during the whole process.

They were awesome. They did a wonderful job. We would recommend them to anyone. With regard to price, the insurance paid for it. They got our house back in order for us; it was a mess.

Belfor was hired through my insurance company to provide water remediation services when my toilet leaked while I was out of town.  Engineered hardwood floor, drywall and wood base moldings were affected by the water damage.  The scheduler from Belfor called the same day to arrange an initial visit the day after the incident was reported to my insurance company.  They arrived promptly in the scheduled time frame the following day with a crew ready to investigate the extent of water damage.  After identifying the damage and areas that were still wet and explaining the demolition and drying processes to me, they immediately began removing wet, damaged materials and provided fans and dehumidifiers to begin drying all exposed surfaces.  The employees were informative and personable.  They returned each day as scheduled, to check for dampness until all areas were dry, so that no mold would begin to grow.  The amount spent (listed above) was my insurance deductible and at this time I have not yet received the documentation showing the remaining cost of their services to be paid by my insurance company.

They provided us with a painter to paint the inside rooms of our home after a tree had fallen on our home. They did a great job with the painting and left us with no mess. We were quite pleased with the service the painter provided.
